For sunscreen, to be honest I don't mind the white cast situation. Bcz protecting my skin is more imp to me. Using the neutrazena sheer zinc now. Thanks for recommending it.💖 love from India. 🇮🇳🌸

The trick with TO niacinamide is not to use too much. One drop is enough. Glossier is the only brand that I know that has a 5% niacinamide serum. My fav sunscreen is Elta MD tinted SPF 46. I don't wear foundation but I have no problem with using face powder or bronzer over the sunscreen

Minimalist SPF 60 PA++++ is the best sunscreen in India because
    1. NAFE safe
    2. Non comedogenic
    3. Pregnancy safe
    4. Modern filters
    5. Works well under makeup
    6. Budget friendly
    Cons:
    1. It's not a mineral sunscreen it's a hybrid sunscreen
    2. It suits dry skin well because I used it on my dry skin and I'm not sure if it suits oily skin yet.

At night LRP face wash (blue bottle foaming) and PM moisturizer. See how it goes. If you don't see improvement and can go to the dermatologist, go and ask Tretinoin 0.25% to apply at nights, start slowly (every three days), but with the same routine. I hope it helps.

I only use TO arbutin. I tried all their retinols and vitamin C serums but didn’t like a lot of the textures. I now use face theory for their Niacinamide which also has salicylic acid in it, and Exaglow serum which is awesome for tyrosinase inhibitors. I prefer a few actives combined in one product rather than having everything separate and using so many different serums like in TO so that’s why I no longer use them

Please can you make a video of “skincare routine pre and post swimming workout.”
I know you made one for the gym and jogging but what should we do if we like to swim for exercise?

Hello Dr.V, thank you so much for your videos and the information you've shared. Unfortunately most of the products you've reviewed are not available in my country and those that are are really expensive. Please may you review the Clabane skin care line and the Clear essence platinum medicated fade cream with sunscreen. Thank you😊

At the moment I'm using EGO FACE Daydream SPF 30 because it's marketed as clean but it's not mineral. I also have Neutrogena Sheer Zinc SPF 50 but the white cast is really difficult to use. I plan to try Inzincable but at the moment shipping to Australia is quite expensive

Thank you Dr V. I started watching all your videos since the pandemic started and I'm loving it. I know you mentioned that makeup wipes are not the best in a previous video as well. Is it still ok if I use a makeup wipe first and then wash my face with the Squalene cleanser?

    • @andrear4954

She said in her 'are makeup wipes aging you' video that you are still tugging on your skin more than what you would with an oil cleanser or point makeup remover, which causes wrinkles overtime, so I would say its best to use other products, but its your choice if you really like wipes

Is it safe to layer different sunscreens? Layering chemical sunscreens underneath physical sunscreens, layering two different chemical sunscreens, layering two different mineral sunscreens etc.
