I would've saved money from the custom cables and LED strips and just bought a cheap tower cooler instead. Something like a Deepcool Gammax or a Hyper 212. It'll keep the 10400's temps cooler than the stock CPU fan even if it isn't an unlocked chip. It'd look a lot better too, aesthetic-wise, since tower coolers have LED fans.

This Build Looks amazing! Might consider it. Personally if I did this I would get cheaper memory and get the white id cooling cpu cooler for 30$. I think it would look so much better.
during the time this video was uploaded i had been messing around with cpu overclocking even though had the stock fan. I'd also been having RAM POST inconsistencies. When I started the computer up the ram wouldn't POST, so I took the sticks out and cleaned the ports and stuff (which seemed to be the issue). Then the cpu wouldn't post, so I unplugged everything and cleared the system of any voltage, then jumped the CMOS reset pins. Booted right into bios, noticed my boot drive light wasn't flashing at all, so I changed some setting I found on the internet and it fixed everything. I open up windows and see a new Joey Delgado video. Perfect day lol.
@@Bucko99 well with the ram part I just had to take them out and clean the connections, another factor could be a setting called XMP (sometimes it’s a called D.O.C.P), that lets the ram run at its maximum potential but occasionally causes instability. Because I reset the motherboard, that setting got turned off and the RAM was back down to 2133mhz, but at least it would POST.
I just got a rx6600 for $420. I feel sick paying that price but when I see what they're going for online I don't feel as bad lol. Even with the mining slowing down I don't think gpu prices will dip as much as people think. If by some other miracle they do I still only overpaid a little

Hey Joey. Love the builds. Finally saved enough money to buy my own pc but wanted to build it. Is there any chance you’d be able to create a build for the I5 12400F and 3060ti/3060. Ty in advance
Question! For the SSD what would I be looking at in terms of performance impact if I had gotten a less powerful one that’s DRAM-less? Additional info (if it helps any): the build I am making currently consists of most of the items here like the corsair memory sticks, the intel processor, the power supply, yet I went a different route with the mobo and got a MSI B460M PRO and a different SSD, a 250gb HP brand EX900 m.2, but I also have a 2TB internal HDD hard drive. Before I actually build the PC I wanna know if it’d be more worth it return it and buy the one from here. If possible, could someone educate me on this stuff? Cause it’s been mad confusing to follow and to understand the difference in the components and what purpose they serve or what impact it has on performance. I’m a total novice at this stuff.
The SSD has faster read/write speed than the HDD so just by turning on the PC you are looking at 10-15 seconds vs 45 seconds to 2 mins. To me the best route to take is have a smaller GB M.2 SSD like 250 or something like that and use it for boot drive and maybe your favorite game so it can load faster then every other game put it on your HDD. That’s what I did I got a 970 evo for boot and I have a total of 3TB of storage for all my games and videos that I use for content.
Literally just finished building this same setup (spec wise). RX 6600 comes in the mail in the afternoon ( bought it for $479 at Best Buy), can’t wait to see how this thing performs and how it streams as well.

How did u plug in the molex to the fan cable did u add an attachment 9:30
This Build Looks amazing! Might consider it. Personally if I did this I would get cheaper memory and get the white id cooling cpu cooler for 30$. I think it would look so much better.
hey im thinking about building this only things im changing is a 10400f instead as its slightly cheaper what is a cheaper memory you can recommend?
I am Excited to build a budget pc $1,000 like this! Thanks for this video!
for someone who is just getting into building his first gaming PC, this Video was just perfect! Thank you sm:)
AYY JOEY SKINNY BACK WITH ANOTHER VID!!!
Awesome videos my dude, keep it up.👊🏻❤️
Hello. What's up man missed you.
Thank you for helping me back then.. Last year!.
❤️🔙
Amazing video man. Would love to see a i5 11400f with a Nvidia 1660, maybe with a budget cooler just for fun :)
i build my first computer a year ago thanks to is channel and after and i love it
during the time this video was uploaded i had been messing around with cpu overclocking even though had the stock fan. Perfect day lol.
what pc

What was the setting? I've also had issues with ram posting, took it to a professional and they fixed it but now I'm curious

@@fr19kyro.17 that's good did you get your gpu at msrp?
I just got a rx6600 for $420. I feel sick paying that price but when I see what they're going for online I don't feel as bad lol. Even with the mining slowing down I don't think gpu prices will dip as much as people think. If by some other miracle they do I still only overpaid a little
You're an amazing guy, keep working hard. I love every single build you do so thank you so much for all that you do
I just upgraded from a 1660 s to a 6600, yes very good card and paired with a 5600x also has a low wattage usage
Can you start including valorant in your benchmarks? I know it's not the most demanding game but It would be nice to see the performance or the amount of frames you would get since generally in tac shooters which are esports titles it'll be better to have more frames anyways... Just a request but I love your vids planning to build a pc soon as well and I compete in valorant therefore it'll be nice to see how certain parts perform on my game of choice... Anyways thanks for your video Joey their rly good, entertaining and informative so keep going my guy👍
Thankyou for making pc building my fav thing rn
Just built one similar but I did 5600g // b550 // 6600 XT // and 16gb 3600mhz // 600w bronze psu, // 1tb nvme ssd. It's worth the extra $50-$100 to get the 6600 XT over the 6600 in my opinion.
Just wondering why you pick the b550? And thanks for the info
@@JoseRios94 tbh there isn't too much of a difference between them two, so if you're on a budget b550 is the way to go

@@remusalonso4493 that’s actually good
Coming back when I have all of the parts, starting soon! Good video man
Let’s go!!
how is it going probably going to buld this also :)
@@CRATERHQ The PC is built! Took longer than expected since I took a fairly big break from buying parts but I got it built earlier this week and it still runs all the games I have tested really well, very good pc. Thanks man for this video!
I don’t care if you uploaded once every 5 years. It’s always a good day when Joey drops a video
Hey Joey. Love the builds. Finally saved enough money to buy my own pc but wanted to build it. Is there any chance you’d be able to create a build for the I5 12400F and 3060ti/3060. Ty in advance
The concept is pretty much the same thing as with this build you should definitely build it over buying a pre built
you fr taught me how to build a pc. i used your vid and just the manual for my parts that were different.
@@kraqd is the SSD I have a suited one or can I do better?
I think it's fine. It's still going to be pretty fast.
Always wondered if you watched anime, glad to see Killua in there 👍🏾
i spent 645 for all of this
Hopefully your parts aren’t defective my 33$ power supply was ended up going with the 550watts for 80$
@@learnedtolove1611 i had a gift card tho as a gift i just paid the difference
@@IMMORTALSTUDIOS_BTS oh I see gs
Literally just finished building this same setup (spec wise). RX 6600 comes in the mail in the afternoon ( bought it for $479 at Best Buy), can’t wait to see how this thing performs and how it streams as well.
i built the same as well, I used a 1tb SSD and a different CPU fan, I really liked how it came out.
