Tower of Strength Wayne Hussey Miles Hunt Erika Nockalls UNPLUGGED

How about a treat of a lifetime? On Hussey's US tour in September of 2008, a nitwitted soundman drove Hussey to do the whole set unplugged. Hussey said he'd never done it before (afterward he said he'd never do ti again.) This particular song is Tower, accompanied by Miles Hunt and Erika Nockalls.

I've only just discovered Miles and Erica as the result of a TV programme on Rockworldtv. I've got to say Not an exit has already become one of my favourite albums and has been on non-stop repeat.
Imagine my joy to find them playing with Wayne, the man who is responsible for the soundtrack of my late teens.
And... what a great performance, the guitars forcing the song along with the haunting sounds of Erica's violin - this is a great find.
