Before the oxygen advantage a scientist found gasping for breath was mechanically caused by weak diaphragm muscles which can be improve by interval training
What are people's experiences using the oxygen advantage technique on a time trial bike? Will the tuck position make it harder to recruit the diaphragm efficiently.
Your nasal dilators do not work for me due to previous septal surgery. It hurts my nose. Any suggestion on what else to use. Other kinds of dilators, etc.?
Hi fascinating ! But the sound is not great. Different accents. Fast speech. For a French instructor like me, even English subtitles would be very welcome.
