I Got the Primarina thanks to Gholdengo but I’m still sceptical about some Water Absorb, Storm Drain and Soundproof Users you didn’t include since their Abilities can Help a lot against the Primarina

@JesusIsKing1991. if you have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all. Most people who play these games are adults, too, not just kids.
Vaporeon! Tera steel. 252 hp, 252 spa, 4 spd. Modest nature. Calm mind, tera blast, fake tears, mud slap. It's the quickest build I've seen and personally done. Shell bell or any item that boosts steel type moves should be fine.

@justalexio be sure it has Water absorb ability... 3 mud slap. Terra. 2 fake tears(if possible). 5 calm minds. Terra blast away.

mine was similar, used a gholdengo that i pretty much already had made. forgot to change nature from timid to modest but it worked fine. max evs in hp and spatk, the rest in spdef. light screen basically every time it's down including 1st turn. flash cannon until primarina resets your stats, nasty plot 3x and back to flash cannon. i had recover on mine, basically just use it anytime it's needed.
the rng with encore can sidetrack things a little but it's not bad to come back from even if you get stuck with light screen. i either used healing or def cheer to burn those encore turns and it's smooth sailing
i also won with a defiant kingambit but that was a little less consistent. the moonblast spatk drops helped to not have to use swords dance as much, but sing was the biggest problem.
Even with getting hit by an Encore, letting myself die, and coming back... still able to easily beat Primarina with Gholdengo. Thanks for the video!

My tinkaton is doing well. I’m able to finish with about 1/3 left on the timer. 252 in sp def and attack. Adamant. Moves are light screen, heavy slam, swords dance, and gigaton hammer. Turn one light screen. Then swords dance once. Then heavy slam until after the encore turn. You may have to use a heal cheer if you get put to sleep. Once you can Tera alternate between SD and offensive moves as necessary to maintain health. Then just bash away at it

A build for those that don't wanna use a Gholdengo
Bastiodon
Item: Shell bell / Metronome
Ability: Soundproof
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 224 Atk / 32 SpD
Careful Nature
- Iron Head
- Curse
- Trailblaze
- Heavy Slam
This build is slower but Bastiodon takes literally 0 damage from primarina so you have some leadway to use a curse or two before starting to spam Iron Head, The metronome is exclusive for doing the Raid with other people specially if they are running gholdengo you'll be killing the primarina real fast just spamming Iron head you might need to use a healing cheer once or twice if your teamates damage is not enough but this build should be a fine alternative

I was able to do it with a Solo Perrserker. Max HP Max Sp.Def with a Careful Nature (you can go Adamant for more damage). With a Shell Bell. The idea is to Sunny Day turn one so Prim is forced to go Moonblast. Spam Iron Head until it nullifies your stat changes, then Swords Dance three times. Make sure to keep Sunny Day up so it doesn't use Sparkling Aria. Once its time to Tera, it takes about 3 more Iron Heads to beat it.
Sing can be very annoying, but its honestly not TOO bad. Your Ideal AI partners are Bellibolt and Gardevoir cause Bellibolt will set up Light Screen, and Garde has Life Dew to help keep everyone alive. They aren't needed, but they make the raid with Perrserker a way easier. Of course since you can do it with one Perrserker having Four I assume would make it easier cause of Steely Spirit.

I used a physical Clodsire with Curse, Poison Jab and Earthquake(due to my ground tera) on a solo run.
Ability water absorb nullifies all water attacks including encore and sing due to Primarina's ability.
No need for recovery items has he is immortal to all of primarina's attacks due to Clodsire's poison type and ability.
My held item is Metronome.

I ran modest nature, tera steel, max sp. atk/def, bottle capped in all stats but attack, shell bell (that I forgot to give it actually), running; flash cannon, nasty plot, light screen, recover. Light screen first turn, nasty plot 3x, set up screens, buffs, and recover if necessary, flash cannon 3x, terastrilize, keep flash cannon, win raid~~
Wonder if it'll work in raids of multiple people too or just a solo build? The timer in 7 star raids goes by so fast it seems...

RNG was good to me with this build. Primarina got frozen twice later in the raid and helped mitigate the double attacks and allowed me to recover more health firing off a make it rain after the shield came down. Great video as always!

I used Gholdengo as well. I used my previous build from one of the 7 Star raids, similar build like this but I had Shadow Ball instead of Flash Cannon only because I didn’t feel like changing its move set

Nice. Used this Gholdengo build and modified my two existing ones to spec, solo'd both raids in SV and caught it. For online it seems some use solgaleo and dusk mane necrozma and it works fairly good.
Does that mean Clear Body Metagross might work? (scratch that, Metagross definitely works, Hone Claws once, Meteor Mash to enable Tera and fish for attack boosts, and Heavy Slam for general purpose)

NOTE: This strategy depends on RNG, if you don't get lowered your stat at least once ( probably with Moon Blast) then this will probably not work, this just happened to me once so the chance aren't bad.
Just spam rage fist, get knock out in turn 2-3. That activates all the effect while you're fainted, rage fist again then tera and spam rage fist again until you win. Hopefully it activates Defiant at least once.
If she put you to sleep just use the "cheer", i put Sleep Talk but it should'nt be necesary to use. (Also if you faint while tera just run, not worth going on, just start over)
that shield bar is the longest I've seen in a while. Haha!
I used Fezandipiti, tera poison. Technician, 4 HP/252 Att/252 SpD, Adamant + shell bell. Set up Light Screen, then Poison Tail until shield goes up, then alternated Swords Dance and Roost until it was +6 attack. Used tera and then Poison Tail until the end. Just have to set up Light Screen every five turns to help against Psychic

i used cloudsire with acidspray venoschock toxic and sludge wave with black sludge with tera of poison
With Stellar Tera and Water Absorb Primarina will mostly spam water moves including Sing which is water type from its Liquid Voice ability. A good moveset can be Acid Spray, Sludge Bomb, Venoshock, and Protect.
I was thinking of using Clodsire because of its ability and all the poison type movies
@@bradwhite5884 the only thing you need to watch out is psychic move because that move does not turn into water type
I beat it with a Snorlax with Adament nature, ability doesn’t matter, max EVs in HP and Sp Def, give it a Shell Bell and have Belly Drum, Sleep Talk and Heavy Slam for its moves

I did just fine with the Galarian Slowking build on my first turn. Surprisingly easy compared to recent 7* raids.
Arceus is the best Pokémon vs Primarina.
252 SpA & 252 SpD with Iron Plate and Teratype Steel.
Acid Spray, Calm Mind, Steel Beam & Misty or Electryc Terrain.
With Bellibol as a partner and avoid of Arboliva.
1st Turn Misty Terrain
2nd to 4th Turns you have to throw 3 acid Spray. After this, You must to waith and do nothing then Primarina going to clean its stadistics itselve.
Once it happens, we have to continuos throwing Acid spray to do Primarina has -6 SpD. Then we have to die.
Once we return, put again Misty Terrain (Terastallize with) and put ourselves +5 or +6 Calm Mind (How the damage is variable some times +5 is enough but to make sure, put in +6) take care of the Misty Terrain (when it disappears put it again).
Then we have to execute Steel Beam to make K.O to Primaryna.
Standard Vaporean with Steel Tera Blast. The real hidden tech is running *Metronome item* instead of *shell bell* because the Primarina is just gonna heal you the whole fight (with water absorb). Also throw in a couple Calm Minds (4 for me) before you start building Metronome + Tera Blast stacks.
Got it first try with gholdengo run but kinda rng dependant whether she decides to spam sparkling aria on you if she does you most likely died to it if she crit once thats what happened to me.
Also if she never spam sing its hard to keep up with after the debuff as putting up buff again take time can result to faint.
Towards the end when prima shield up that time she can attwck twic3 in a row up until the end and got crit once and won the raid with barely survived gholdengo.

I do this all the time go online to update the raids/spawns then deactivate. Then only move on once I get the shiny as my work schedule does not allow 2-3 days of grinding to do this.
Did this raid with Gholdengo, another player had Gholdengo and a third had Clodsire. Using the strategy above we wiped the floor with Primarina. I didn’t even get chance to Tera. Cheers Osirus!
I used galar slowking but couldn't figure out the order of moves but i barely beat it
I used the Gholdengo build just swapped “Make It Rain” for “Metal Sound.” You can get two “Metal Sounds” off after she clears her stats before the shield does up.
Just caught mine. Definitely need a little rng to be in your favor but I was able to beat the primarina on my second try
Iron-plate Arceus seems to work too, calm mind, acid spray, steel beam, electric/misty terrain
Really helpful if theres a Gardevoir and/or Bellibolt NPC
But I'm a forced-to-solo player whose friends are so occupied with their girlfriends they can't even a minute or two to play tera raids together. Fkn hell simp.

Use Protect once to block the 1 Sing that *may* land (it misses more often than not but may as well guarantee it whiffs).
Curse x6 after the debuff.
Poison Jab until you win.
Terastallization isn't even required but it does speed things along.
There's something seriously wrong with this raid because she SPAMS Sing until it hits you BUT because Liquid Voice makes it Water type & you have Water Absorb: "it doesn't affect Clodsire" & will even heal you if she managed to hit you with a Psychic or Moon Blast on a previous turn but even if it didn't heal you, she never attacks a 2nd time. Just goes right back to spamming Sing. 🤷
9/10 I get through without her even landing her one attack, even without using Protect.
I suspect they're going to tweak Liquid Voice to not change the typing of non-damaging sound based moves like Sing the next time this rolls around because Water Absorb absolutely breaks this raid.
I used the same build for Clodsire, but my attack strat was different. I 1st timed it easy, even tho I played it dumb by trying to go for 6 curses right away. She cleared my curses at 5 stacks and then I was like fudge, I guess I will just use 2 more curses and start spamming poison jab. I was surprised I won so easy with about 1/5th of the time left, despite the time wasting I did.
BS no damage taken. Forgot about psychic?
It’s a great strategy aside from psychic. Adding a steel Tera is the most consistent way
@@brettgarandza683 Sounds like you had some bad RNG. I had Poison Tera and did get hit by some damage, but never fell below half health. She just kept healing me with Water attacks I absorbed.

Megearna. 256 hp and SpA. PP max flash cannon Soul heart. Modest nature. Flash cannon and calm mind. Throw a calm mind out if you want. Then just spam flash cannon. Use cheer when you go to sleep. I personally will stay asleep after he removes my stat changes. To let him knock out my group.

Ahh, so it doesn't have Psychic Noise? Was afraid of it having that... Technician Toxtricity with acid spray, sludge bomb, venoshock and throat chop might be a great option - I'll test it later.
Tried gholdengo and couldn’t do it. Someone suggested water absorb closdire, maxed spDef and attack. Use curse, amnesia and poison jab. Worked very easily! Primarina does have psychic, but didn’t do much damage.
I 2 manned Primarina with my brother. My brother used Metagross, and I used crowned Zacien.
I had success with Steel Tera Metagross
252 Atk 252 Sp def holding Shell Bell
Mud slap Heavy Slam Hone Claws Meteor Mash
If you get a few attack boosts from meteor mash it goes even quicker
I used my annihilapa. I got it in the first try. The timer was low but very manageable. I did die 3 times but very fast.

Got it on my second try, had to build a gholdengo for this as I didn’t already have one. Picked special attack instead of health so that double attack was scary, but I didn’t get put to sleep which was lucky

One word. +6 Behemoth Blade Zacian-Crowned Adamant Nature 4 Defense 252 Attack and 252 Speed.
Was able to clear 1st try solo/offline with my Tinkaton... Using a steel tera type w/ an Adamant nature.. maxed out HP and ATK on EVs.. Following moveset: Fake Out.. Play Rough... Swords Dance... Gigaton Hammer..
I'd swap out fake out for iron head honestly though, as I didn't use the fake out in the raid battle and the STAB from iron head as well as flinch chanch... Meh.. idk... I have a Gholdengo, Bronzong, and Metagross all set up to do some farming for Herba Mysticas... Good Luck Y'all! 🌊 🌿 ✨

Why did Light Screen negate Gholdengo's ability?
I used Magearna. Get free special attack boosts everytime one of the bots die.
I used Gholdengo & the moves you used & I got it right on the first try! My computer partnered Pokemon was Bellibot, Sylveon & Drifblim! I used an Ultra Ball to catch my Primarina! 😊
I've lost so many rounds with this strat, I think you got lucky with your RNG bc my gholdengo is identical and gets the shit beat out of it. Bummer

Fun online support strategy:
Bastiodon 🦛, Soundproof 🔇 hidden ability, Steel 🔩tere type, EV's: Special Defense and HP
Held item: Leftovers 🍎
Moveset-
Mud-Slap 💩
Flash Cannon 🧲
Taunt 😝
Protect 🛡
Open up with a couple Mud-Slaps.
Around turn 3 or 4 Taunt to protect you and allies from Encore.
Use Protect on the turn abilies are negated.
Terastalize as soon as possible to remove weakness to Water.
For the rest of the fight Attack Cheer, Mud-Slap, and Flash Cannon at your discretion. Flash Cannon can get a lucky Special Defense drop to help Gholdengo or Venoshock/Sludgebombers.
