Word is that these are made by Schuberth (German company, like Aldi is) based on the their C5 helmet which retails for normally 700Euros or around $1000AU... They of course use lower quality parts and material but it's only one of the few modular helmets on the planet that is ECE 22.06. So really you are getting a pretty high end helmet for little to nothing.
Bro inari you’re mad funny 😂 I had a really bad accident back in December and had to learn to walk again. I’m very blessed to be alive and was actually wearing one of these Aldi helmets. I wouldn’t recommend but i did actually come out of it without any brain damage but I did have a brain bleed but it was a big impact so it’s a pretty good helmet for $80. But as I said, wouldn’t recommend if you can afford a better one
Mate came of at 90 on the M1 with an also helmet not the flip front would never own one but hey no dramas on my head so I don't mind them saved my head so I rate them .
I can almost guarantee you now, if I bought that brand new with no damage on it, I’d still be able to snap it with my hands. That helmet felt extremely cheap it’s not even funny.
as someone with an $80 helmet (not that one), I kinda wanna know- do the expensive helmets actually have like substantially less wind noise? like enough to not need earplugs on the highway? because that alone would be worth paying for imo
I have a old shoei cost me $1000 it’s lighter way less wind noise just less fatigue after a long ride but has actually worn out worse on the inside than my $80 dollar plastic helmet both of mine meet Australian standard though
The uber eats special 😂 the cb125e mandatory load out lid is what this is 😂 goofy ahhh get me a maccas meal asap looking helmet dont spill my drink typa helmet fold that face up and take a call on speaker phone type lid 😂
So I'm guessing you like the Sa1nt gear... otherwise you wouldn't be wearing the T shirt (unless it's all sponsored and you are getting paid to wear it) But I know Yammie Noob has been wearing it without saying anything, Until he finally said he actually likes it, after berating brands of gear that others have been wearing as sponsored content... That says a lot. I'm considering some of the Sa1nt jeans, but haven't found a store in NZ that sells it yet, so it would have to be ordered direct and sent across the ditch without being able to try them on & knowing how well they fit... we are all different shapes & sizes, and we change shape and size as time goes on. and returning something across the ditch when it doesn't fit is not something I want to try. I'm sure I've seen that Helmet on Temu. that will teach me for "looking" at the cheap saddle bags on temu... now they bombard me with adds!
Bro really used himself as test dummy 😂
No better test subject than me
The abrasion test was some of the most Advanced testing mankind has ever seen.
Do a comparison with a reputable brand flip helmet. I think you get similar results.
Will do
@@inarifilms Shoei Neotec 3 would be a good comparison
I'm coming here for all my gear testing reviews from now on.

So more of a helmet to learn with staying at lower speed
There is NOT very many ECE 22.06 Rated helmets I can only really think of 3 and of those only 1 that meets the requirements with the helmet open.
You should really put the van scene as a thumbnail
i love my flip up helmet lol starbucks on the bike the best 😂
That was the first thing i did when i got my modular helmet was eat a mcchicken while riding
There bike covers are awesome though I recommend getting them
dude u using ur very own head to test that helmet is insane, u earned a like and sub from me!
Most underrated content creator in the motorcycle community
Their clothing is good though. Go to a motorcycle store when they have clearance sale. I got an Airoh full face for $115 last year.
All helmets should be binned after any single high impact.

best helmet review I have ever seen hands down. I have absolutely no interest in an Aldi helmet.
i feel like it didnt do to bad
I literally broke it with my bare hands…
@@inarifilms yeah but only like after 30 hits with a base ball bat
@@inarifilms should compare with an exspensive one

@@inarifilms yeah ok but should still do a comparison
The test dummy from the drag test should get a raise
- you should go back in a wheelchair and ask for a refund
dude u were bothered to collage all the impact clips, may as well have counted number of hits 😂
@@MultipleBob Yeha nah I just wasn’t bothered aye. Maybe next time lol🤣
Best push bike helmet for under $100
From Australia
Now that's USING ya HEAD..... but don't do this at home kids !!!!

I can confirm with my shoei x spirit helmet there is definitely less wind noise. You get what you pay for at the end of the day
