On my old D300 I had one function button set so that it would do exposure bracketing while held down. I tried mapping the same function to one of the buttons on the Z6ii, but it doesn't work the same way on the Z6ii, for some reason. I suppose the upside is that the dynamic range on the Z6ii is so much better than on the D300 that I don't really need to bracket nearly as much.

I always use burst mode with bracketing as well to get the photos lined up when shooting handheld, so it almost needs the option to map multiple functions to the same button so that when you pressed the function button it would toggle both bracketing and burst mode. Without knowing much about the hardware setup, it seems to be like from a software standpoint Nikon could improve this in a firmware update.

Hi, I was wondering if the settings to change to PAL / NTSC is of importance? I am not sure where to locate this on the Nikon z6ii, not many tutorials on this one. Thank you

You can set that in the Custom controls section as well. Press the menu button, go to the Custom Setting Menu, and go down to section f, Controls. Then select f2, Custom controls. The second down in the left column is the AF-ON button. Hit OK and then you select the function you would like the button to perform.
