    Just a suggestion, maybe next time drill holes and have your pivot pins pass through the plate and weld it on the outside. This way the pin is captured by the plate and forms a much stronger joint.

      1966cambo yes defiantly I wanted to but didn't have a way to. but I do now this was my first one I haven't made anymore videos on this subject thanks for your comment

    Can you explain how you attached the F350 hub to the base?

      Long Rifle pretty easy just flipped upright with studs going into pipe and mig welded it

    How did this crane turn out? By the way I loved the xanax video. I am sure I looked like that more than a few times in my life...lol. I am starting to build a very similar crane.

      Haha yeah that was hard to film lol it turned out ok certainly could do alot better with better materials!
