I am on top in Front of 5 other Teams within 5 Points. Its the first season.
I used an offensive knapp tactic to be fair. And my own defensive tactic.
you need to rebuild Porto huge debt as well , or Corinthians whose debt is more than a billion reais brazilian currency
This save deserves another 5 seasons. You should definitely do a part 2.
Finally my fav club in the world, making a save every year and for real this year is hard, but lots of potential, but they had a hard time threwout Covid tho. Amazing vid still
Edit: you will laugh but Henning Matriciani is for real 23, hes just unfortunate with the hair growth and had a hard time in real life for Schalke at the beginning of this season, cuz he was used as a RB but hes normally a CB, half of Germany made jokes about him and he also mentioned in an interview that he was close to have a burnout, he also had to turn of comments on instagram and other platforms.

You can't do a Schalke save and wear a BVB jersey in the thumbnail!
I agree that this is one of the more difficult rebuilds Jake. i did 5 years like you and for the first 4 only got 5% of all transfer fees! That went up to 20% at the end of the save, but it was still tough!!
Not sure if you wanna do small teams. But it would be nice to see if you could my local club (Örebro SK in Sweden) to their first title. We have not won anything since the club was founded in 1908 (even though we have played over 50 season in the top division) . We have lost two cupfinals and came runners-up in the league once. Now we are in the Swedish championship and doing really bad and are in dire need of a shake-up reset.
Anyway, love these kind of rebuild saves Jack. Keep 'em coming.
Im doing a deportivo de Coruña rebuild starting in 3.division. Second season run in now and 2.place but the team is not nearly strong enough for la liga. Will be a long rebuild I suspect. Prob close to 10 seasons to have a chance to win la liga. But good fun, highly recommend giving it a go.

I signed Vitalie Becker randomly for like 2 million from Schalke in my save. Sold him for 18m the next season and he turned out to be a Germany national team player. Didn't expect that.

This is the save I’m doing, haven’t watched your video yet but I’m 4 seasons in. Got champions league footy in my first year, finished 5th in my second season and won conference league. Finished second my last two seasons but catching free spending Bayern is going to be a real challenge, they’ve even got the likes of Moukoko & schjelderup.. it’s proving harder than I expected haha
Almost forgot but I’ve now completely wiped the 200m debt half way through the 5th season so my transfer budget should improve going forward.. maybe! 😂

Schalke never won Bundesliga, which began on August 24th 1963, those champion they won were via nationwide regions playoffs.
Ah okay thats very misleading! So the competition they won wasn't the Bundesliga equivalent of the time?

@@JakeCooperFM As a Schalke Fan and German: It is not misleading. Schalke won seven german titles just all before 1963. It is kind off to say that liverpool never won a premier league until two years ago but they won mutliple championship titles in England before the Premier League era.

No Jake, they are not used to be Bundesliga Champions and never have been. The Bundesliga was established in the season 1962/63, tha last time Schalke was German Champion was in 1958. That's 64 years with national championship for Schalke - whole generations of Schalke fans don't know the feeling of being champion. ^^
