I am thinking about same things...thanks for making video... actually I am facing same issues on daily basis..but I ve to make some plan so that I will not burnout.
I'm 42 have a 5 year old son and a wife who works as well. I work from 9 to 6/530. After that it's just epending more energy on getting my sons homework done, giving him time, cooking or cleaning up... I get free my 9/930 and then I'm just spent. Weekends is full of houe errands and more child management things but there is some time on the weekend.. Any suggestions?
