Very cool. I just got the 2021 Bad Boy Rebel with the Kawasaki 1000 engine. I have not done a mowing yet but just from driving it on the driveway I can tell this thing is going to be awesome! I made a video of it.
Mine is about the same age. It is the same mower and all 4 of my hydraulic hoses on the bottom started leaking a month after my warranty went out. I talked to the dealer and they said yep, we see on a lot of them. Talked to bad boy. They got my information and then they went silent.
I called Amsoil told them I had Kawasaki engine gave them the model of engine on my Bad Boy riding mower. They said I could use full synthetic oil 10w30. So I ordered there oil filter and 10w30 full synthetic oil for air cooled mower. I check with Bad Boy they said I could use full synthetic oil after break in period was complete. You have to use Amisol oil filter it weights at least twice as much as the Kawasaki oil filter. I use Amisol oil and filters on all of my vehicles. They have some of best products on the market.
Interesting my dealer told me to just drain the oil at 10 hrs not change the filter, change filter at 50 hrs 24 hp Kawasaki engine on elite model Did I make a mistake? I bought the oil from them I had a he$$ of a time getting the oil drain hose end cap off had to get a friend come over and as you said we had to bow full up to get it off,
First off use 10w 40 in a kawasaki engine number 1. Next it takes more than 2 quarts of oil😂. Number 3 how to check a kawasaki engine oil level, never screw it in to check it. ✔️

At least on the 750 used on the Maverick HD the manual clearly calls out 10w30.
