I for one wouldn't want to go upstairs to do Laundry Lol. It's much easier to Throw clothes over the banister to do Laundry downstairs.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a privet bathroom just behind the living area, Actually The living area is in between the kitchen and master bedroom. You can easily fine out in the floor plan.

A very spacious house with all the necessities. But since there is a TV room upstairs, please remove the TV that is over the fireplace. It's not at a good viewing angle, and the heat from the fireplace might damage it. And I counted three full baths plus a half.
