  • 38'x30'(12mx9m) Discover The Magic of 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms Craftsman House | 3 Bedroom Cottage House
This 3-bedroom cottage house (Craftsman House) has a dimension of 38'x30'(12mx9m). Here is a small house for a small, narrow city lot. This little craftsman house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and many other features. The kitchen is a chef's dream with stainless steel appliances, an oversized pantry, and an island. The empty space in the kitchen is suitable for your kitchen table. The bedrooms are all upstairs. Again, small spaces. Dual closets in the master bedroom with sliders. The front bedroom features a small walk-in closet. Though you can find all this and more inside this house, you don't have to go inside to enjoy it for there are a lot of unique characteristics that make up the outside. The porch is my personal favorite feature. I also like how the front looks nothing like the back... really. Well, I hope you find this little house to be interesting. Enjoy this house and do not forget to like, share, and subscribe.

The 3-D view was incomplete, so it was difficult to see how the parts were connected. A full floor plan would have helped.

I like the exterior decorative brackets and heavy porch pillars. Inside, I'd like to have the wood trim be stained instead of painted. Maybe have the cabinets and doors have more of an Arts and Crafts feel throughout

Hey, Conniefrank Thank you so much for liking the exterior decoration and heavy porch pillars, and thank you for your thoughtful suggestion for some changes i agree that the adjustment would greatly improve the functionality and look of the house.

This home has lots of curb appeal. I would just put a door on the entry storage area with a shelf or two and a coat rail to capitalize on the space. Those hook/bench/cubby units are pretty to look at but don’t meet the demand of coats/boots/etc. Nice work overall.

A pocket door for the pantry would work better. For the lounge - a far bigger window where the couch is. Place less clutter into the rooms as its hard to see past it and all that clutter and stuff makes the rooms feel crowded and small.

Okay so, the only thing in the kitchen I would improve would be the sink; get rid of the tiny one and put in a stainless steel farmer large one. The master bathroom needs to have a separate bathtub a claw tub like the second bathroom would be great. The 2nd bedroom is gorgeous, love the blue touches. 3rd bedroom has too many beds. Oh, change the orange ½ circle couch to a neutral color sectional that has a full ottoman attached.
    The exterior -
Love the fire pit, EXCEPT you put it too close to the wood siding and deck and one spark gone astray, up goes your home

The exterior design is excellent with a warm and inviting appeal. The layout of the kitchen is awkward and needs work - having an island stand between the refrigerator/range and sink is inefficient and not a good work flow. Having to take things from the refrigerator around the island to the sink and prep area and then back around the island again to cook would drive me nuts. Too many wasted steps. Love the barn doors on the laundry and 1/2 bath. Would consider for all baths. Ties the interior to the exterior. Master suite is very well designed. As for the second bedroom, I at first thought that was going to be a home office or upstairs living space, but is a generous size as a guest bedroom (though I’d turn it into an office/craft room in a heartbeat!) The children’s room felt cramped with 2 sets of bunk beds which gave it more of a dorm or summer camp vibe, inconsistent with the rest of the house. Again though, roomy and well thought out bedroom. Would love to see a floor plan for this home.

I totally agree about the kitchen work flow. This layout would frustrate me to cook in. I also do not care for the wood stove in front of the stairs and next to the TV.

You do NOT put a claw foot tub in a common bathroom EVER! It belongs in the MASTER BATHROOM no matter what you have to do to put it in there. If a claw foot bathtub is planned for a house, #1: It belongs in the Master bathroom. #2: Plus a separate luxury shower. #3: Don’t tear out the closet either to do it. Actually they should be great too. Sorry, just tired of seeing these plans with ho hum master bedrooms.
In the living area the fire place does not fit where it is now. It makes the room look and feel awkward. That caught my eye as soon as we entered the house. The tv would have to stay where it is and the rest needs to be arranged differently, maybe removing something so it won’t look crowded.
