Another good hydrangea option for the future for small sun space is Little Lime Punch. I've not had it for a full season (planted last fall), but so far it is fitting the bill. I have it planted on the side of my house (small narrow sides) similar to how you are using the Little Lime. I have a row of Obsession Nandinas planted with the Little Lime Punch.

Bonide products are great! I use whatever grub killer is on sale at the big box stores. They all pretty much work the same. The main thing is you are staying on top of treatments!💚😉👍🏾

What do you use to treat for grubs/Japanese beetles? I used Bonide Grub Beater, but I'm wondering if there's something better.
