So what happens if i play seamless with someone who doesn't have the same mods I do? like if I install high item discovery and the other person just has seamless
It's super buggy and some weird things flash around for the one not having the mods
mine will only launch vanilla

will it still work if my friends and i already have a seamless co-op save? will we have to start a new game or will the files be the same?
no need for new beginnings but in the seamless coop mod you will need to stat a new save file, means, that you dont ahve your normal elden ring characters inside, but once you have save files in seamless coop you are safe to play how ever you want to

i tried this but i can't seem to get the launch mod elden ring bat file to open up the game i get a black pop up prompt about the config file but then nothing happens any ideas?
try to open it as administrator and make sure its not inside a zip
@@bettergamingring yea i tried this aswell i should also state i have the same mods as you but couldn't manage to get it to work is it still currently working for you? i heard there was some patch that made seamless out of date now or something on nexus unless something else is just wrong on my end lol also thank you for trying to help me out i appreciate that

I figured it out. Instead of using the shortcut on your desktop open from the actual folder.
im having a issue with randomizer i got it where the mod launcher is using seamless coop launcher but not with randomizer
hey brother try this:
Download all folders.
browse local files in steam.
click on game folder.
drag Elden mod loader into game folder(mods folder/dinput8.dll/modloader_config)
5.drag seamless coop into game folder(Seamless coop folder/ seamless coop.exe)
6.open SeamlessCoopSettings and change the password however you see fit and save.
7.open seamless co-op exe because it needs files saved.
8.open the seamless coop folder and put it in mods folder(elden-ring-seamless-coop.dll/SeamlessCoopSettings).
9. drag ModEngine-2.0.0-preview3 folder to the game folder.
10.put the randomizor folder into ModEngine-2.0.0-preview3.
11.open randomizor however you see fit Uncheck UXM & REROLL SEED, Do not touch enemy randomizer.
12.open config_eldenring.romi found in ModEngine-2.0.0-preview3 folder.
13. change where is says { enabled = true, name = "default", path = "mod" } to { enabled = true, name = "default", path = "randomizer" } .
14. open launchmod_eldenring.bat found in ModEngine-2.0.0-preview3 folder
15. ALWAYS CHECK IF THERE IS UPDATE FOR MODLOADER/MODENGINE/SEAMLESS COOP/ELDENRING/RANDOMIZER to not encounter any problems.
16. ENJOY!
When I load the game using the mod engine it says save data is corrupted and can’t do anything any solutions?
try to run it without the mod if it works without the mod can you tell me which mod it is, then im gonna search for a solution for you

Do you know how to get seamless co-op working with the ascended mod for online co-op play?
as soon as i start the game i get a white screen and it closes itself after 1 second or so. Does anyone have a solution on how to fix it?
it says inappropriate activity going off line and my anti cheat is on
make the launch exe in mod engine the seamless coop your launch
you need to make sure your anti cheat isn't on lol, if it's on it'll ban you from playing multiplayer until you remove your mods and make a new save, and even then you might stay banned
specifically when playing vanilla i should mention

I did this exactly and launching with the bat file just loaded normal elden ring
trying it now for erd tools and it doesn't seem to be loading properly, just seamless
bro why my friend's version is regulation 1.10 but mine is calibration 1.10 and we can't join together.

i tried it with harder coop mod but only seamless worked with mod engine 2, not the mod i wanted to add
same i tried this with elden ring reforged but only seamless coop worked
@@felluhtwelve8930 reforged has it's own way to install it and it's own version of things. So follow the instructions for reforged.
when i start the game using the bat file everything is fine but i can´t host a world it says "timeout at steam", any solution?
