You need a "mods" folder for Seamless and other DLLs to work, and all folders that Mod Engine 2 reads for cosmetic or moveset changes in a "mod" folder. Both are required.
Here is a fix for those still struggling to get the seemless coop to lauch with mod launcher, simply find your seemless coop ersc file and right click, copy as path. Use that instead of the path provided in the description. don't forget to add the extra \ for example mine looks like this "E:\\SteamLibrary\\steamapps\\common\\ELDEN RING\\Game\\SeamlessCoop\\ersc.dll" this doesn't match what is shown in the description but it is close. good luck! also, add the mods to the mod folder in the mod engine folder, not the mods folder in the game folder. hopefully this helps some that are struggling.

I deleted all the files for mod engine 2 and instead used mod loader with the only 2 mods I run; seamless co-op and quest log. Works just fine using the seamless co-op exe to launch the game. video is goated and to anyone who might be having trouble with the dll. you can find what you need to copy by clicking on your .dll file in the seamless co op folder and going to security to see the object name. copy and paste that into the config and add the dashes and quotations to match it as shown in the video. this worked for me and I hope it does for you all too.
From what I've been told, Seamless Co-op uses different servers than the Fromsoft servers. I've modded Elden ring with friends before via Seamless Co-op and have never been banned.
As in the name of the mod is Unlock FPS. You'll know if its the correct one when you browse inside the modder who made it. He should have a lot of mods that adjust FoV, Chromatic Ab, Removes Vingette & so forth. Pretty sure all his mods work with mod loader.

@@spyetti so the boss summon mod that I use is compatible cause they just updated it but even if I take out all the mods I use were there is no mods and I use launch mod Elden ring from mod engine 2 I still have the same problems of the dlc spells not working or the dlc ashes of war
Ok so check out 4:17 he actually has what you need to copy down. This was the issue for me. Obviously type the drive you have it installed. What he has pasted is wrong and not the path you need. It’s the Steamlibrary one he has in his video.

Put the SeamlessCoop folder and ersc.exe or just the .dll file

If it’s an old mod. My best guess it’s not yet compatible with with the DLC. If you check the nexus page good chance it will say.
