Nestle has an abnormally high ROE and ROCE despite a huge dividend % ,that in my opinion is because of the very high Price/Book ratio. Also when looking at debt I look at Interest Coverage Ratio. Inventory turnover cycles are another great indicator. Also Cash flow also lets one know of any major capex changes.
