@ 2:45, the two gearbox options for the 2L engine are 6sp manual and 6sp automatic. The 7sp dual clutch transmission is only offered with the 1.6L turbo engine.
It's great to see Hyundai are committed to developing new hatches and sedans when other large manufacturers are dropping them in favour of ugly SUVs. I wonder if there's going to be a full EV version of this car in the pipeline? Model 3 beater maybe?
To make it even more complicated: there is a i30 Fastback as well as a station wagon - at least in Europe, but they both don't have those headlights - similar, but not the same. This right here is just originally the Elantra.
You need to learn how to adjust your driving position. Your bum was on the deck, your knees were high enough to chew and the steering wheel was way too high for you. You looked positively uncomfortable. As for the car: Wow!
At 2:30 you imply the 2L only comes with an auto but your pricing table towards the end shows a manual is offered with both engine sizes. The auto may be nice and wafty but full marks to Hyundai for not ignoring those of us that enjoy a more engaging drive at a saving of a couple of grand too.
Good review. But the car doesn't have wireless android auto and apple carplay, you need the cable connected for the 10inch screen models. The elite also doesn't have heated or electric memory seats. Only the n line premium does. 🙂
The N-line manual is attractively priced at just over $30K. Same drivetrain as an i20N, but with more space and a comfortable ride for less money. (albeit with a lower spec than the i20N).
this car in person would put A4 to shame. It is that good. When I saw it in black color in showroom, my heart skipped a beat. but its a shame it does not have a lumbar support even in elite version
im very confused because i watych this video and then some other but some of the cars have heated seats and cooled seats but all of the ones in australia in an elite model dont. and does the elite model have the ambient lighting
At 5:58 is reported that it has 16.7 cubic feet or 474 liters of trunk or boot space. This is not a TOP 500 SEDAN, which belongs to the select group of those whow have more than 500 liters of capacity in its trunk or boot, but it is bigger than the trunk of the MOST SELLING CAR IN THE WORLD for more than 10 years, the Toyota Corolla with 470 liters of capacity. I'm going to put this video on my decent sedan playlist.
Is this the Base model for the 2021 Hyundai i30 Sedan? From what I've seen it seems like the 2021 base model has the digital odometer and the 2020 version base version has the analog odometer, is that correct? And the Elite versions have a sunroof and a bigger infotainment screen?
The car looks somewhat close to the Honda Civic sedan to me (or it may be just me... and I did not say identical). It also has a touch of the prius like look. Engine is the problem in my view. It is not as smooth as one would say, and not fast or powerful either. Drive is good overall at this price point in my view. I still miss the 19 990 drive away days! Car manufacturers are slowly driving the price up! I sure the top trip N line may not be the best choice given around 40K one could get into better cars like the mazda 6 or even a entry grade german model if you find a dealer in the mood to sell
That front is ugly as sin! The rear isn't much better and what the hell is that trim on the passenger side that create a barrier to the center console.
Neither. I don't like the frontal treatment nor the stupid rear spoiler with the massive gaps between the boot and quarter pieces. I have a Hyundai I30 Premium and it satisfies me.
great engine for a daily driving, seats look great but the light colours will require a lot of cleaning. air vents in the back lovely touch. Would I replace my Mazda 3 with this? No, it looks hideous, and that instrument cluster looks terrible.
I own one of these and I have to agree it is a great car. Seats are comfortable on a long drive, very economical and the technical side is fantastic.
@ 2:45, the two gearbox options for the 2L engine are 6sp manual and 6sp automatic.

WOW the design is perfect!!
2 Amelias with 2 Hyundais in 1 week. Amazing Amelia.
My thoughts exactly 😆
The Santa Fe will be next
Thanks for noticing. We’ve all been working hard to bring you more content. 😊
Hyundai are going in a very interesting pathway with their designs
Not. Sorry but this is one of the ugliest design I ever saw
and also best budget performers with the N versions.
It's great to see Hyundai are committed to developing new hatches and sedans when other large manufacturers are dropping them in favour of ugly SUVs. I wonder if there's going to be a full EV version of this car in the pipeline? Model 3 beater maybe?
Hyundai for win, electric for win....
@ 3:11, the best explanation of what each motor option provides and who they will appeal to. Succinct! Bravo.
You girls are on a roll! 4 videos in a week! Yet another great review as well 😊🙌
The new sedan looks much better than the hatch,I think will be a strong competitor for the new Corolla and Mazda 3 sedans .
This is so beautifull , thanks for sharing
To make it even more complicated: there is a i30 Fastback as well as a station wagon - at least in Europe, but they both don't have those headlights - similar, but not the same. This right here is just originally the Elantra.
Finally, an advance in real cars into something I would want to drive. That hasn't happened for a long time.
I Love the Elantra. Greets from Mexico!!
great design the sedan looks fantastic

i30 hatch looks old compared to the i30 sedan. Probably been better if Hyundai kept it as an Elantra.
For around the same price range, who would buy a Toyota Yaris over this one?

That bridge looks awesome to drive over!. Where is it?.
Definitely the sedan. We are looking at one tomorrow
Nice looking car. Like the rear. Bit of dyslexia going on with the quoted figures and those shown on screen.

Why does the steering wheel looks so massive ?
Started looking at the hatch, but now looking at the sedan
Same
The sedan all the way.... Also, you should include some night footage to showcase the tail lights.

So what's the basic trim interior looks like?
I30 for me. Kudos to Hyundai - a brand to watch out for -

No sunroof. This is top model.
Is this a good family car? Expecting our first child next year and looking for a suitable car
Please review the n line sedan..going to do a test drive as soon as it available
This car has 147 Hp and 178 Nm (109 KW)Not 157 Hp and 191Nm (117 Kw)as stated in this video,you guys false advertise the 2 l engine .
selling start in germany?
256 NM are for you 265??? New counting system for you Emilia? All of you make this sometimes...
These seats are leather or ...?
There is another version called i30 fastback
The back of the car just stunning, I would consider to buy it just because of that
Same!
Wait isn't that the new Elantra?
Great looking car
Hi Australia! Welcome to QUAD and Malabar Exercise! Love from TRICHY, India!
The Koreans are killing it with their designs lately.
Really nice, all ♥

they should have calledit the i40
i40 already exists, the i40 is a bigger car.
Looks Venom Limited Edition
Nice car🇸🇪🆒👍🏻
We also need better roads here in the US.
That front is ugly as sin! The rear isn't much better and what the hell is that trim on the passenger side that create a barrier to the center console.
Hatchback for win. As neither of them are electric, I am not interested.
I'd avoid the i30 hatch. I had one for a month last year, was pretty miserable.
@@mrheyfuckoff1 miserable why ! Anyway it's your choice but I prefer hatchback over long cumbersome sedan, saloon etc.
Can't put my finger on it but it looks a bit heavy.
Me gusta el auto
Why buy a stupid SUV when you can get this? The N Line series is fabulous
God that rear end
3:30 me approving from india
Bring back Jenny more veiws as people that aren't even into cars click just to see Jenny
Wow
Jesus how could she see out over the bonet she was sitting on the floor seat far out low
Why the fuck would the launch a new sedan model, give it the same size engine only with a worse output? Hyundai all over that is.
Is that elantra 🙄
Neither. I don't like the frontal treatment nor the stupid rear spoiler with the massive gaps between the boot and quarter pieces. I have a Hyundai I30 Premium and it satisfies me.
For some reason I’m not a fan...
jenny?

I find it to be too many lines going here and there. Plus the engine is weak
AVANTE OH!
This channel seems to not review european cars and uses good looking ladies. Is that some sort of virtue signaling BS stance or something.
Can't believe I was done and blocked this channel within 30 seconds of clicking play.
Looks like a sedan Tesla truck
Like A Korean Drama Cars
I don't like its shape
Sedan
You have amazing eyes
Dude..
Love you
Bad company and very bad service.
Don't worry about the car, let's talk about Amelia 👅💦
Hideous outside appearance. Dash is also a no.
Anchor so beautiful lady
