A "little bit" of rain, lol. Looked like a downpour to me. Another great job of caring about the cow's need to be comfortable & not in pain. So glad you are there to take care of them.
Yes, this...that is far from what I'd call a "little bit of rain." I'd view that as "hunker down and pray that there's no lightning, so that the power doesn't go out" kind of weather!
Miss your old intro and closing! Loved seeing the Scottish country side and hearing the music. They were were very classy. Would love to see you bring them back!
I've been watching for a few years. These hoof trims continue to be as satisfying as the very 1st one I saw. I'm glad she now has some relief and is on the road to recovery. 👏
I 110% respect the effort you put in to speak where most of us can understand you but I would truly love to hear you and Craig have a conversation in your dialect.
It feels like they do this to you’re feet, and the pain and uncomfort are lighter!!! How lovely this would feel !!! Congratulations to the people who helped these animals!!! Thank you!!! L.M.
Ouch! Poor cow! I watch these and can’t imagine the pain these sweet cows deal with. Thankful you are there to help relieve their pain and bring them back to complete healing!
To anyone who wants to complain about the cow moved he didn't hurt her. He pushed on it and the pain inflated. Notice how after that she stayed put. She felt relief once he got those bubbles happening. Love your work Graeme, Kev and Craigy-boy. Keep making farmers jobs better and bringing comfort back to the few cows like this.
I live in Eugene Oregon and don’t know anything about cows. But I enjoy watching you and the kindness you show towards animals. Keep up the good work and blessings to you and your family
I grew up on a dairy farm and i remember my grandfather and dad trimming hooves in the barn. We didnt have any equipment just a stall and rope. I know that this is a very necessary job and you do it very well ❤
I can highly recommend visiting Scotland, especially during the summer months. Just a fair warning, even during summer there will be rain and the Scots have this awful insect called a highland midge but aside from those two potential irritants, the countryside is gorgeous, the people are warm and welcoming (especially if you can share a pint with them). If you get the opportunity, you absolutely must go see the Hebrides and the highland in general. The lowlands are gorgeous as well, but there's something truly haunting about the rolling hills of the highland.
@@angieolson4711 Save up for it, make it a special event like your next big birthday or you and your partner's anniversary. Scotland will stay beautiful, even if you can't make it this year.
Scotts seem to have a similar kind of humour as folks from Hamburg, Germany. Does it have something to do with the weather? We call that "nothern german bbq weather" :D Of course just a few actually have bbq in pouring rain or snow.
Great Job guys. When that Cow started jumping when you hit her sore spot/painful area I jumped to. It was so unexpected. I just opened up here just now and started raining in my neck of the woods. I would say take your rainy weather back but it's a welcomed sight and the cooler temperatures to go with it. It is a very refreshing sight too. After an extremely hot and long dry summer. Thank you for sharing.
Things that make you go ooh! 🤣. So glad that these cows have their feet trimmed regularly, otherwise that poor girl would have been suffering for a long time.
Thank you Graeme for being there for that poor cow 🐄👍❤️ I was 😂 at Craigy saying to you about the glue😂 aww the gid auld Scottish weather "raining cats-n-dugs"😂
I actually enjoy watching these at the 2160p and watching the rain was so pretty, if y'all posted just a Scottish rain video or just included the rain more it would be greatly appreciated
No wonder so many Scots moved to the Oregon Coast of the US. 😂 It's rains that hard there much of the winter, with a little snow thrown in for good measure. I love these little glimpses of life in SW Scotland. Hugs to you & Mrs. GP from an Oregonian.
Seeing the rain like that reminds me of why my parents packed us all up and moved to Australia back in 1967. Don't miss the rain and don't miss the cold😊.
Watching these videos makes me feel so sorry for some of these cows and how sore their poor feet are. Graeme, I bet if they could talk they would tell you how grateful they are for you, your knowledge, and your talent.

Rain falling creates a down draft. The rain is pushed out from the center of the storm by the wind. When the rain is at an angle, that angle points to the direction of the storm. As the storm passes, the angle will change depending on if it is coming or overhead or leaving.
I think GP does an excellent job of explaining every detail. I have learned so much about goof trimming because GP makes it interesting and educational. I don’t think I will ever have the opportunity to hoof trim but at least I have some the knowledge about this important trade. Unless GP invites me to Scotland! 😂
Having now trimmed 190.000 cows, Graeme, surely that qualifies for you to be Professor, HGP🤗 Another hoof job well done. It must have hurt the cow badly walking on such a bad hoof
I'm quite impressed that you have the records to estimate that you have trimmed about 190,000 cows and also have the honesty and precise mindedness not to just round it up to 200,000.
Poor cow, good thing she has the best good man tending to her foot! What a mess that was! Awesome job as always, I bet her foot and leg doesn't have heart beat anymore
You are so careful and caring for the poor wee coos, and I look forward to your vids to see how you relieve their pain! Compliments to the farmers who bring a hoof trimmer in to take good care of their herds!
Poor baby, that must have hurt her walking on that. So glad you can make her more comfortable and get her on the road to recovery. Your weather is a lot like ours here in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. Last week it was literally raining sideways and 55 degrees F. This weekend it's 80+ .
Glad to see you helping that cow. Also seeing the rain at the angle, I personally would think it's not too bad. A few years ago it was really bad in my opinion when it rained so hard each Rain drop bounced and when it got windy it was going horizontal.
I’ve watched you for a long time now and I still enjoy watching you work you do an amazing job for them and sure they are very thankful for helping them . I’ve always wondered what are the their hooves made of or what kind of material or tissue are they made of ? I’ve just always wondered about that . 😊
Gotta respect these guys for doing a job. I wouldn’t be able to resist touching the soft pink part of their ankle hoof and those cute little round toe things.

I'm always impressed at how little the cows struggle. It'd be really cool if they were smart enough to realize that as hard as it might be to go through a trim, they'd feel a lot better afterwards. But I have to figure it's more that they know they're stuck and can't escape anyway.
Your Scottish pronunciation is absolutely lovely to my Midwestern ears. Don't let the others tease you.
