Hi Ali. Wat advice do u give to someone who is a foreigner and English is not their native language to be a writer like u or articulate like u. Bought ur book BTW. And also. Your voice pal is so expensive. Can u give cheaper option for beginners.
Feeling tired all the time was a sign to me that I wasn't getting the the basics down (diet, exercise, sleep, mental health). Allowing our bodies to function the way they're hardwired to function is the best way to go 💪
Thanks li, love your videos. You helped me so much in my health journey and understanding foods. I started to change my routines after reading "The 23 Former Doctor Truths". No wonder Doctor left her career.
I bought your book, and it's one of the best I've ever read! As a medical student, I found your productivity tips really helpful. Thank you for sharing your advice and making a big difference in my life
I love how you pace your videos. I mainly watch youtube on tv so I can’t really use the speed up/down option, but I feel comfortable watching them. It’s not too fast to miss any details, but not too slow either to make me bored. I think I should comment on this, hope you’ll appreciate it!
Hey love your videos, just about to listen to your book! I have a video topic request :) I have ADHD and really struggle with motivation, focus and other things related to my disability. It would be great to see a video covering some of your usual topics like productivity but from a neurodivergent angle.
My energy improved a lot when I started eating a lot less carbs/sugar (if any at all). I don't get any crashes in the afternoon, feel a lot better in general, and know I'm doing the best thing for my health.
Feeling tired has many reasons. It is very biological. I was so tired to a point that it took me a long time to eat and had to stop and breathe in between. I understood that I have norepinephrine deficiency, and after taking medicines like Atomoxetine, I feel very energized now. This makes me cry how much people blamed me in my life for being lazy and I had fights with my roommates over household chores. Because I couldn't wash the dishes and clean up immediately after eating... I understood it at the age of 30 but I hope that others understand it sooner than me.
Quit caffeine for 2 months. First 3 weeks were horrible. But after that my natural energy levels came back and I felt like a kid. Had less anxiety and good sleep overall. Unfortunately, I’m back on it, and I’m working on quitting again.
Top Tip: Get your Testosterone levels checked. I was diagnosed with low T at 37 and after starting Testosterone replacement therapy I felt like a new person. So much energy again
Great tips, bit i need to figure out how to incorporate these before and/or after my 4-5 hour commute to work every Monday to Friday and my graduate studies
Hi! I started to watch your videos recently. I just wanted to say that I really enjoy them, you are so inspiring 😊 I'm taking a rest of work this month. I'll try to apply this tips when I return, especially the “game” part 🎉 Keep it up ❤
Can you make us a video about your latest notion and productivity system. It would really help! I even bought your book, it was one of the most useful book, it has helped me make more time, and more time for fun. The book is a masterpiece
Your content inspires me. Your videos on productivity and personal growth have really helped me, and I love how clear and well-produced everything is. I'm just starting my own content journey( RUclips )and while I don't have the best equipment at the moment ( I use a bad android phone that can't vlog videos and I can't afford to buy one at the moment, struggling in life at the moment). If you have any advice on how to get started with limited resources, or tips for working around technical limitations, it would mean a lot to me. Thank you so much for all the amazing content you create-it's really motivating and pushes me to keep going!
Hey same thing with us. My brother and I, we also get inspired and motivated by him and started our own RUclips channel. What I can tell you is that in the beginning your progress is going to be very slow (like ours). But just keep going. Be consistent and you will succeed. Good luck!
I’m student know and the only video I be able to see and do the rest is watching your videos and Andrew humberman ;also tack note some time to tell my friends thing I’ve learned of these video . I like you and your videos , god job 🦾🍀.
There is one more thing which I experienced myself. To decrease the sugar intake. I was experiencing constant fatigue before I started intermittent fasting - which I started to get over with obesity which I did and the fasting was not done because of the fatigue but after the first 3-4 days (which were very hard), I found that my fatigue was gone just like that. I was on IF for around 8 months and did great. However, sadly I stopped IF, and although I am not technically obese now, the fatigue has returned, and I wish to return to IF soon.
Hi any links for the lights to purchase that mimic sunlight ? Unfortunately I have to get to work really early before the sun rises. What should I do then ?
Hello. I don't drink coffee no more, but I was drinking 2-3 cups of coffee per day and even before sleep and I slept perfectly fine, does it also depend on the person?
So exercise helps you feel more awake in the day (if done during the day) but has no impact on sleep quality at night (regardless of what time the exercise is done)? A little confused; would appreciate clarification!
I've always found the Start with Sunlight tip to be very conflicting with people not living in the northern hemisphere. On lower latitudes the sun doesn't rise until after 6 AM, and people with a 9-to-5 job wake up at 5 AM or even earlier, so we don't get sunlight for at least an hour after we wake up.
I am finding it difficult to go to sleep at nights, although I am so tired at the end of the night after having a busy day. Can you give some tips on how to make a sticking sleep schedule?
The second strategy comes straight from Mary Poppins. In every job that must be done there is an element of fun, so find the fun and snap the job's a game

Meh, I consider his coffee tip to be one of those things that you can experiment with and either drop it or keep it depending on how it works for you. I don’t need another youtuber telling me something I can just experience first hand 🤣
@@rher9124 I get why some people have issues with BetterHelp, but I really think it helps a lot of folks. It makes therapy more accessible and flexible, especially for those in remote areas. It might not be for everyone, but it connects people with therapists and gets them talking about mental health. Both the criticism and the benefits are worth considering!
Oh No I think Ali has hacked my CCTV📷 Anyways I was tired before this and I am still tired but that could be because I ran a marathon but ALI NEVER DISSAPOINTS
Nah cutting coffee won't work for me. I only drink 1 cup of black coffee after an hour of waking up and I feel sleepy at 2 pm I take 15 min nap and it gives me energy to continue my day. I fall asleep at night too. I am doing good no need to cut coffee
Totally disagree with that woman, I forget her name, but she is one of many people who say oh make your job more fun, you don’t have to start that business, ok yes I get it but if you really dream of that, you need to be actively working towards that goal and not just keeping it an ambition. Otherwise it’ll always be just an ambition and most people will never self actualise and accept that job is who they are and always will be
morning is little bit ok, before or during morning lunch ,
dont drink just after waking up , wait 90 min to 2 hr after wake up
2. work as play
make work a more joy able
when we find a way to make our work feel good, that is a massive source of energy
- more creative - more productive - less stressed - generates energy
task must be a little hard or you can add challenge and hard to skillset so you can enter focus state (book=flow )
3 P
- play : approach work with lightness and ease - power : take ownership and feel energized by responsibility - people : connect with others and find purpose beyond yourself
enjoyment = efficiency
3. move in the morning
cortisol increase when you move or run ,
pretty intense exercise helps you feel less groggy and more energised after waking up.
go to walk in morning and if need do high intensity tranning in evening (myth = working out at night doesnt effect sleeping)
4. start with sunlight
cortisol increase when exposed to sunlight.
- sunlight helps out bodies make serotonin, which boosts our mood and make us feel happier. - melatonin is this hormone that makes you feel sleepy, and light in morning tells your brain to stop making it. - morning sunlight helps keep our internal body clock , called our circadian rhythm, in check.

This is roughly 4-5% of men over 40 and less than 1% of women. I'd bet caffeine consumption is the main driver of this 'always tired' feeling.
