I have a question. In a big studio with a big producer with a hugely popular band, does a producer tell them what to cut, change, add? Do they tell the band to change a lyric here or there? Tell the singer to sing higher or lower here or there. Tell the band to play something faster or slower? Do they go that far in telling the band to make substantial changes?

From my little experience, it's always under the idea of collaboration. When I work with local bands, we often talk about the demos, length of certain parts, arrangement ideas, etc. The band always has the final word on it, but sometimes you'll make a suggestion and that will give them an idea for something else ! :)

When izotope makes official tutorials, they should use higher quality mixes as examples.

Where do you put neutron in your effect chain? Does it do the job or would you suggest additional EQ/comp/ect.?

Thanks! I wonder if I will wait for the demonstration of mixing with Izotope products in the style of Black metal (Kampfar, Behemoth, Watain) ?!

Please get someone who uses a Hi-DPI monitor (3840x2160 and up on windows!) to do these videos once in a while. I have noticed everyone on your channel seems to be using macOS. I have a mac, but I don't want to use macOS when I have a much better windows computer that can do much more. And on windows, not a single iZotope plugin is Hi-DPI compliant, meaning they are all either tiny or super blurry. I have never had particularly good eyesight and it's certainly not going to get any better. Please tell me the thousands of euros I spent on your software were not a waste of money.
