about to run a combo game of this, this was endlessly helpful, the storyteller knows the system in and out, and as a pathfinder plebeian i dont wanna walk in like a goon
This was a great video. I wish you had more on this. Maybe like a basic rules thing that folks could send their mates before their first game. Very good job, thanks!!
This is a very good video. You are a great host, and your explanations are clear an concise. I feel like you can become quite a youtuber if you stick to it. Be sure to look for ways to get your name out, because a lot of great content creators fall simply because their channels don't get discovered.
I have never played that game before, I did some looking into it and found it to be pretty interesting. I picked up the PDF version of the core rule book, give me a few days to look it over and I will put together a video about character creation. I will definitely be doing a review video, hopefully it will get other people to look at the book too!
I don't understand what is the difference between World of Darkness, Vampire the Masquerade, Hunter, Werewolf, etc? I found them on roll20 and they all look connected but why are there different character sheets for each? are they different systems with different rules or whats the deal? Maybe someone can help me with this as Im new to this?
Humans can't do magic in 1 edition, so they have no discipline, vampires do, therefore they have it. Humans have no blood line or clan. Humans have moral in 1 ed, vampires have humanity instead. Pistol shot is lethatl damage fro human and blunt damage for vampire. And so on. You need to choose what "race" is going to be your party story about and adjust your rules a bit (or sometimes a lot) for this race.
I haven't done anything with Rifts since the 90"s, but I accept your challenge. I will have to re familiarize with the material so it may take me a few days. Do you play Rifts currently?
It's too bad about your old group falling apart. When I moved across the country it was hard to leave my old group. What game do you and your new group play currently?
Game Master's Dungeon a couple of home hmews, Mutants and Masterminds, Shadowrun... And occasionally D&D. I haven't tried running them through anything White Wolf... I think their heads would explode
Man, it's been so long since I have looked into Shadowrun, my old group back in the day used to like playing it. I think out of most of the games that I have played, the White Wolf games have given me some of the best storytelling moments. It never hurts to have your group try something new, never know, they could love, or like you said, their heads will explode!

They are all part of the same world, they use similar sheets but each games has its own unique mechanics.

Where can I get that interactive character sheet?
I have it linked in the description along with the character I made.

Game Master's Dungeon it's been about 6 years since I played Rifts. My crew kinda fell apart and my new crew doesn't have an interest in it
