    I will not. I'll just get a real estate attorney to review documents. Seller's agent needs to show the houses more.

      Totally understand, many buyers are saying that... you can always call the listing agent. but be careful on their representation. are they going to favor the seller or you!! thanks for watching

    I wonder if the seller is ok with paying the buyers commission, can the buyer's agent still collect a fee from the buyer if under contract?

    • @HomeSavvyCentral
      @HomeSavvyCentral  Месяц назад

      so the new regulations is that a buyer must sign a buyer broker agreement with the buyers agent, to show the homes and to agree to pay buyer agent commissions. BUT! upon finding a house, the buyers agent can request the seller to pay the commissions so the buyer does not have pay... and we are hoping this will be the norm on most transactions...

      @@HomeSavvyCentral they should not make more than 150k a year. A job requires very little just like car salesman. Some of them make over 1m a year. Insane. At sellers cost of course

      @@catz-media Why even let them make 150K why not 75Kper year?? After ALL, the highest paying jobs are Sales Jobs... whether it is cars, homes, software, insurance, milk and eggs etc... Try it out if you want to make more- earned honestly of course.

    The whole thing is a mess; every realtor I spoke to about this is confused and stressed out about these changes. Potential buyers like me are also upset because it complicates a process that is already stressful and full of unknowns and concerns, and now possibly will cost buyers more money at a time when real estate is already unaffordable. It's also hurtful to the RE market, which is already starting to experience a downturn, because until this is clarified some buyers will just hold off. Make it simpler to buy a property, not more confusing.

      Yes you are absolutely right. Many buyers, sellers and Realtors are stressed and confused. These implementations came in too fast the they keep changing. Now that the d- day is here Aug 17th, 2024 we are getting familiar with the new regulations, and of course they will keep changing. Many large Broker are appealing some local regulations and or implementing their own forms in addition to the revised forms as they are too Grey! We expect a bit of a bumpy ride first few months... Stay tuned!
