    Thank you so much for the guide! My first time visiting Disney will be in Tokyo so I was super lost. This guide is going to help me a lot to be able to prioritize which rides I want to see first.

    0:48 highly recommend requesting for front row seating especially if you have a child that has been thru the bibiddi bobbidi boutique princess experience. Cast members are more than happy to oblige & they curtsy too.

    I ate while watching this video, that's probably the biggest youtuber compliment I can give you haha.
    Looooved this video. I have some more comments as well: (Long comment, couldn't help it haha)
    5:50 So cool you made that
    7:04 THANK YOU! I was searching online for which boats took you were, and it was impossible to find. I actually prefer it taking me from one site of the park to the other, it feels like you skip walking and that it has more of a purpose than just enjoying the (extremely) beautiful park
    7:43 Gondola while Sea of Dreams would look ridiculously fantastic, the image you put in my head made me laugh haha
    8:40 Wish I did it at night. We didn't understand the jokes, so it was a bit boring haha.
    9:59 Haha, I did it first try. :P You should have mentioned how the summer version makes you wet, it makes it 100x more fun.
    11:58 Haha. It'll be like: "Oh, I'm sitting here? Yes here, not there? Let me make sure it's safe to sit here. Okay I think it is. Anyone else want to sit here? No?"
    12:00 WHAT, I did not know that. I honestly was so dissapointed that it only had 3 drops the first time I rode it. Gotta visit in spring time next time.
    13:21 I second this. We visited Disneyland on sunday in summer, and it was surprisingly empty.
    16:38 Can't wait for you to cover it.

      I was worried this video might be too long and people wouldn’t pay attention, so I’m really glad that you clearly were!!! A+!
      I hope you can make it in the spring sometime! That version of Tower of Terror is sooooooo much better

    Thanks! great videos! Are single riders still avialable for BTM and Splash? Because I don't see them on the website

      Thank you! Sadly not, Indiana Jones and Raging Spirits are the only rides in the resort with single rider now :(

    The last time I did Tower of Terror Unlimited was in 2019, and they offered 4 different ride sequences. 3 of them were amazing... the 4th... was the standard ride sequence 😭 So even though the new version only has 2, it's so worth losing the third sequence if it means there's no chance of getting the standard one!!

      @8bitthemepark  8 месяцев назад +1

      This year (2023) they only ran 2 shafts so they only had 2 sequences. Hoping for 3 next year! It makes the ride sooooo much better

    I love getting t Shirts from the different Disney Parks but I heard that TDR shirts are tiny. Do they have any larger sizes or am I out of luck?? The merch game seems really strong at TDR so I'm hoping.

      You can find some XL but normally they only go up to L size so it’s difficult… Keep in mind this is a Japan L which is a lot smaller than L sizes elsewhrre

    Could you do a breakdown of good Japanese terms to know before visiting for us hapless Americans? Keep up the great work!

    • @8bitthemepark
      @8bitthemepark  8 месяцев назад

      Honestly don’t worry about it. Knowing thank you is always nice, and knowing some numbers can make things easier, but at TDR the cast members are very used to interacting with tourists and a lot can be communicated in gestures.
      I hope you have a great trip!

    why couldn't you do it a month before when i visited, i had to do all the research for languages my self :P

      Haha sorry!!! It struck me that it’s something a lot of people want to know and it wouldn’t take much to put something together.
      I hope you had a great time regardless!

    Question unrelated to the video: I know Duffy and Friends are HUGE at DisneySea, but do people bring in their plushies to Disneyland? I understand that people sometimes park hop, if that’s even allowed anymore. But I wasn’t sure if people brought them into the other park just to have fun. I don’t want to seem weird, as I already know my family is going to judge me for doing it at DisneySea.

    • @8bitthemepark
      @8bitthemepark  8 месяцев назад +1

      You probably already know that Duffy and friends are only in DisneySea, but because the characters are ENORMOUSLY popular, you see them everywhere in Tokyo, that includes Tokyo Disneyland. For a long time guests wouldn’t bring them to Disneyland but now they do.
      Side note: the only way to park hop now is to buy 2 full price tickets for the same day.

      @@8bitthemepark I live in Hong Kong, and whenever i go to HK Disneyland, it is ALWAYS filled with Duffy stuff. A Duffy meet-and-greet was longer than all other lines in the park the last time i visited.

    “Two shooting rides?” Well simple, they’re in Tomorrowland. The future is now. …just probably not in your country of origin.

    • @8bitthemepark
      @8bitthemepark  8 месяцев назад

      Awh don’t say that! In my last video I said it’s a small world should be in Tomorrowland because in the future all the children of the world will live together in harmony 😌

      @@8bitthemepark this was what I loved the most about EPCOT growing up. We had Future World which gave us so much hope for the future. Combined with World Showcase, it made me feel like we would one day live in a future where all nations and cultures would live together in harmony. Each visit built on this feeling until after the millennium. …then it kinda went down hill. Without the Dreamfinder, we had no imagination. Without imagination, no innovation, no Inoventions, GM took all their EV-1s, including the one at EPCOT and buried them, replaced the EPCOT one with a hybrid that got 17mpg!!! A pavilion that focused on health became used to celebrate drunkenness and gluttony (Food and Wine Festival), with the closure of Millennium Village, we lost all those nations that were once represented during that celebration, and now we don’t even have Morroco anymore. We had to go through metal detectors and bag searches because we now lived in a world where we no longer felt safe, yet somehow guns still manage to make it through. I honestly could write a book on this park alone. So sad.

      @@8bitthemeparkoh it gets darker. They got rid of Future World at EPCOT. Know why? Because there is no future. 😢
