- Tokyo Disney Resort is the only Disney resort in the world to NOT be owned and operated by the Disney Company. As a result there are a lot of things they do very differently, including many things that you CAN'T do in the parks.

Funny video! Lots of stuff i didnt know.
Regarding the no bringing in Cans, my friend tried to bring in a Monster Energy drink into Tokyo Disneyland. You would imagine this not going very well, but they simply gave him a small black plastic bag that he should wrap around the can. Then they tried to explain in their best possible english, that he is allowed to drink it with the cover on, but should stay in the bag whenever he isnt drinking. So funnily enough, that worked ahaha

Actually there's a duty-free shop near Nebula and the shuttle in Tomorrowland. (wink, wink)

the no Spider-Man rule might be because of the Universal-Marvel theme park agreement and since they had a Spider-Man ride in Osaka the Tokyo Disney park cannot have Spider-Man. But if that's the case then maybe they can allow Spider-Man now since the Spider-Man ride in Osaka is sadly closed
I’m here now and nobody was sitting during the parade. Probably because of the rain, but I’ll tell you it was impossible to see anything with all the umbrellas in front of your face☂️
The umbrellas are a big problem. People even use them during the summer parades because they don’t want to get wet from the water cannons!
If you don’t want to get wet don’t watch the wet parade! 😂
Are you allowed to take videos with a go pro on rides such as Splash Mountain and Small World without uploading them due to copyright?
Yep! You can upload them too! Plenty of pov videos are on RUclips, sometimes the audio will get flagged though.
Sitting for parades is great and I wish they’d introduce to the other parks.
Adult costumes at Halloween is fantastic, seeing people in their various attires really adds to the experience. On the subject of Spider-Man I’d imagine he’s an exception as he is a Disney owned character, the theme park rights in Japan are with Universal.
Not anymore!!! I wonder if he’ll get a mention this year or not… 🧐

I’m not a huge fan either, it’s just a bit odd that they have different rules for live streaming and filming yourself.
