love watching grocery hauls! I am quite nosy on what other people buy :)
1024specialkay haha, I think a lot of us are!! :) Thanks for watching!
Allysia, Your information on the peppers is incorrect. I'm a gardener and grow peppers every year. All peppers start out green. But as they ripen they will only turn the color of the variety you are growing. So a yellow pepper will turn from green to yellow...a red pepper from green to red and my favorite from green to orange :)
interesting!
Please do a video on oils. By which I mean which oil is the healthiest?? And please keep in mind that avocado oil or coconut oil is not available all over the world. So please suggest some alternatives .thanks!
Great suggestion! Thanks!
I am really loving all of the videos of the Kickstart Series, especially this one! Thank you for sharing all of your tips, tricks, and ideas - really appreciate it! :)
Aparna Chintapalli Yay! I'm so so glad you're enjoying them! I appreciate YOU coming back and watching!
Love that you are healthy, but realistic in what you buy. I just got back from shopping too, and bought many similar things. You also gave me some good ideas. Great channel!

LizMarie Rodriguez yeah! you bet :) I keep it simple!
Loved this!
Trixie Rose Thank you!
Thank You Geoff Gerstmann
Girl, get the turkey sausage crumbles! The macros are amazing. I do worry that they are too over processed though..
+ojdi1001 Yes! I worry about that too. I now keep them in the freezer and just throw them into my eggs every once in a while. Macros are on POINT though!
Great video! Just gonna point out one thing that the St Dalfour jams do use grape and date juice concentrate to sweeten up, they are still natural sweeteners and these jams contain about the same amount of sugar, in general. But definitely a bit lower calories
Great haul! Thanks for sharing!
***** you bet! Thank you for watching!
this is an amazing haul. i love eating all of those foods
Josephine Morales Thank you! I do too!!!
Yes to the oat bran thanks to you I can get the healthy benefits of oatmeal without the yuck lumps . I like the over night oats cold rather the hot I tried it both ways and you are right cold is better. Your my new fav person

Alyssia, you are so funny!! love, love your videos!! thank you!!
thank you!!
I love love love that bread! Great haul btw 😁
Katelisa16 Thanks!
Very informative & interesting to watch...👍
thanks!
Loving your channel finding videos super helpful. Wondering if you have a portion sizes video for main meals? I struggle with portion sizes, thanks.
thank you! I'm glad you're enjoying the channel :) Portion will really vary by the person and how many meals you're eating overall- there's no right or wrong- some people prefer 3 larger meals per day, and some prefer 5 or 6 smaller meals per day, so portions will vary accordingly. For 3 main meals, general portion sizes of protein are about the size of your palm, carbohydrates are about the size of a clenched fist, and fats are about the size of your thumb. Remember that these are very generalized and will vary per person- as we all need different amounts of calories and macronutrients :) My best advice is to continue to educate yourself to find the way to what's best for you on your journey :)
Awesome I have the same preference for the small grapes lol. They definitely taste better !
alida hughes lol YES they do! They've got a better "pop" of texture haha
Now I'm hungry... lol. Great video!
LoveHealthFitness thanks girl!
Oh Em Gee! I went to buy the Jimmy Dean Turkey crumbles and cooked them with eggs and they are soooo delicious! Thank you!
Kem Rodri YES! They're my favorite! So glad you enjoy :)
How much did all of this cost?
hello from paraguay; I really enjoy your videos and love the recipes and tips...congrats. i will try the ice cream for my twins !!!!
MF Liegard Thank you! I hope your twins enjoy!!! Welcome to the channel!
The Green Goddess Juice from Boathouse is my absolute FAVORITE Juice from them, also the Cherry and chia seed Juice.
Stasha R. Yes! I haven't tried the cherry and chia, I'll have to get it! Thanks for the tip :) I also love the carrot juice!
Love celery and carrots with hummus.
+Dana B awesome!! me too!
This grocery haul is awesome. I love the cooked turkey tip, I am going to look for it in my grocery store this week. I have not seen cashew milk around here.
Aurora Bori Garcia Thank you! Glad you enjoyed :) Cashew milk is still pretty new where I am so it might not be out everywhere yet. Where are you located?
I will keep looking out for it. I am in California, central valley.
I loved your haul😀 I almost buy the same stuffs !!!
Nice!!! :)
I love cucumber and celery juice I also love carrot and orange you might like them to
awesome!
There's a place downtown called, fresh farms! Super cheap almost all organic I recommend you check it out!
Thanks for these videos. I just found your channel this morning, but I will be binge-watching more this weekend. I have recently been diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic, and I want to stave off insulin through nutrition and exercise. I lost 50 lbs a few years ago, which I'd kept off, and I am just a little over a pound from another 30 since Thanksgiving (meaning soon-to-be 80 lbs total!). Definitely need new ideas, because I tend to get into a rut with eating and need more variety.
LostWondr So glad you're enjoying the videos, I'm flattered! I know it can be tough and we are all on a journey, but it is totally possible for you to lose the weight and stay motivated! We just have to keep finding those new ideas and things to be excited about :) I hope you can find that motivation here every week! Welcome to the channel!!
Hi! I love your videos! Your attitude towards and ideas about food really resonates with me. I would love to see a more in depth video on different types of npn-dairy milk, and your opinions on them!! :)
Natalie Young Thank you! great suggestion! I am not anti- any type of milk, even dairy. I prefer nut milks because they offer more micronutrients and can be lower calorie if unsweetened light versions are purchased, so they're great for baking and smoothies/shakes. I also like soy milk for the taste, but don't use it for much other than drinking. Skim milk is even fine, but it does have a lot of sugar, even if it is natural. Also, because organic dairy milk can be more expensive than nut milk I stick with nut :)
Yay! I liked this grocery haul! You should do more of them!
Also, I've always drank skim milk, but lately I've been wanting to try almond milk/nut-based milks since YOU drink them. However, I don't know what exactly the big deal is all about with the different types of milks and why milk from a cow may not be the best. Answers? Maybe a future video explaining the differences between all these types of milks? Because I'm at a loss, and so confused :P
Brooke Thank you!! Cow milk is perfectly fine! I am fine with drinking skim milk but I just prefer non-dairy milks for daily life. I will still drink skim sometimes :) I cook with almond/cashew milk always, and they're lower in calories and sugar with more micronutrients than cow's milk. Plus, organic cow's milk can often be more expensive. All of those options can easily be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle! Thank you for the suggestion, I will definitely keep this in mind for future videos! Cheers :)
May I ask what those pink items are above your oven vent?
I never knew that about the peppers cool!
:)
Are you Italian by chance? :) Love your videos so much! Thanks for all you do!
Kaley English I'm not Italian but I do get asked that quite a bit :) Thank you so much! I appreciate it!
I have Silk Almond Milk at home too!! And three bottles of them! I love them because I think they taste better than cow's milk plus they have less calories and fat yet contains more calcium than milk.
Sara1227 Exactly! I LOVE almond milk! :) Thanks for watching!!
Have you tried Almond Flour Tortillas? They are DELICIOUS. The brand we buy is Must B Nutty, but that is in Austin, TX and we have them ship it to us in Houston, TX. They are so good for when i want a tortilla!
marissa tamble oh my gosh I haven't! I am totally looking into them! Thank you!
love the cute idea of putting pot holders over the stove light.lol. I do that now.
+Tracy Chester lol! Too funny!
by the way, watched yer one video lastnight ( cant remember which one) congrats on moving !) Anyhow, my man thought he'd decorate my kitchen "his way" 3 yrs ago when we moved to our condo here n he added cigar boxes on top of all the cabinets w/ his beer steins.wtf.lol. This wknd im having him paint my kitchen n Im taking down those silly boxes. the beer steins can stay cuz his daughter got em from Germany yrs back. I want an italian look. my mans italian.
+Tracy Chester thank you!!! Have fun repainting!!! It can be fun :)
thank you very much. we have a huge screen tv in our living room ,so well jam out while we paint.lol.
Wish we could get cashew milk in the UK. Almond milk is amazing though and I do like hazelnut milk but it often overpowers smoothie flavours so I dont use it often! Great to see these sort of videos though, especially as I am gearing up to come out to the states in a few weeks! Love the look of those turkey crumbles and the shredded veggies.
P.s My FAVOURITE juice is 1 Large beetroot (or a few smaller ones) 2-3 big carrots, 1/2 a lemon and a big wedge of fresh ginger. Its earthy but so delicious and its great for muscle soreness and recovery!
MacroMitch I have never tried hazelnut milk! Maybe I'll have to make my own :) I hope you enjoy your trip to the states! We seem to have a lot of options people can't seem to find outside of the US. That juice sounds delicious! I'll have to try this after leg day :)
I am far too excited for my first big shop in america. Definitely Vlogging it haha! Would be amazing if we crossed paths when I come out, would love to collaborate!
Thank you for introducing me to cashew milk I know people might think I'm nuts but I cannot stand coconut milk or soy milk and I can just tolerate almond milk but I really enjoy cashew milk I just got some today I opened it and tasted it and I heard angels singing lol I actually like how it tastes I never knew it existed and I have one question when I cook 99/1 turkey mine comes out really bland and super DRY any tips thanks
So glad you like the cashew milk! It's one of my favorites :) because the 99/1 turkey is so lean there isn't much fat to add flavor. Try adding some vegetable or chicken broth to the pan when you cook, and be sure to season really well with spices, salt & pepper :)
yesss can't wait to see your juicing vid :)
You should reaaally come to south-east europe ..Lol all these veggies and packed stuff is so much cheaper here but the best part is they are not put in plastic bags held in stores for 5-6 weeks till somebody buys them ..Not hating or anything like that but Im surprised by all the packed healthy food :) Great haul !
Luana Golemi Thank you! I would LOVE to come to south-east Europe! What a dream! :)
Can you do a fun baked sweet potato recipe
Kitti Lowrey great idea! Thank you!
Could you do a haul in like national commercial store because most places u shop I don't have in my area please and thank you
Thanks for the suggestion :) I did a Trader Joes haul recently if you wanna check that out. Cheers!
May I ask about how much you budget monthly for household food/ Mind over Munch food? I love your channel - It helps me so much with meal ideas and planning, just curious about food costs in your area and if you do anything to save money there or if you give yourself a higher-than-average food budget because you focus so much on healthy, fresh ingredients. I always love to see frugal recipes! Thanks!
+Budget Girl Thank you!! I'm so glad you're enjoying the channel and content :) I definitely give myself a higher than average grocery budget, but we also spend much less than others on eating out- we really only go out to eat once a week or so. That being said, I probably spend about $130 a week (sometimes more, sometimes less) for myself and Christian on food, but admittedly a great deal of it is for Mind Over Munch and isn't all "necessary" for daily life. I make so many recipes that have to be tested and retested, for filming purposes, etc. I've honestly found that since I've cut out processed foods, my bill has gone down a bit compared to when I was trying to eat "healthy" WITH processed foods. A lot of processed foods end up costing more for a serving size, and "healthy" processed foods are worse. Focusing on whole foods, I am able to adjust what I get by what's seasonal and on sale :) I almost never go to the store with a produce grocery list, other than what I need for recipes that week. I just show up and get whatever is on sale! I have another grocery haul coming soon! :)
Mind Over Munch Thanks so much! Please keep doing what you're doing, You're a huge inspiration. BTW, I tried your DIY pizza rolls the other day and will never buy the processed kind again!
Looks good...:-)
pamercy1 Thanks!!
Actually I have that jam and it is sweetend with natural dried date juice concentrate
BookTime100 Yum! I love date juice! I just usually try to choose products that don't contain concentrate when I can :)
Mind Over Munch :)
I'm Juicing with the Nutra Bullet. I just went shopping today. I got a bunch of Nuts, and Nut Milk like you. My favorite is Cashew Milk! But with the Nutra Bullet I'll be making my own, and Nut Butters. And I'm using my Kitchen Aid Mixer (I got one of the BIG one's! The color is Apple Cider!) to make many of my Pasta's. That way I can control everything, and I make my own Grain Bread as well. And I Love Hydroponic Lettuce (Butter Lettuce) as well. And I love Cucumber Sandwiches for lunch. The turkey meats are awesome! I did get Turkey Bacon, we can't and don't eat any pork. But it sounds like you make up recipes as well like me. i'm writing a Cook Book and a NF Book - A Struggle to Victory! Peace Be Unto You All and GOD Bless! Jane.
Lastdaysgirl in Kansas woohoo! Sounds like you've got the lifestyle down! I also LOVE cashew milk, especially in smoothies! Let me know how the nutribullet works for nut butter! I've had others ask if it works and haven't ever known :) I also don't eat pork so I eat a lot of turkey and chicken :) Cheers!
Here is my favorite juicing recipe: 4 apples, 4 carrots, and 2 lemons. This will make approximately (depending on the size of the apples) 32oz which I drink in two servings. Hope you like it!
Jacquelyn McCaslin Sounds delicious! I love apple and carrot juice so I'm sure I'd love that! Thanks for sharing!
I love this series, you're giving me a lot of useful tips to sort out my eating habits. I recently moved to a different country and that made me change drastically my diet (I stopped buying dairies and meat now that I can't get them from organic farms nearby my town). Would you accept one tiny tip from me? Try and eat seasonally and naturally! Some of the veggies you show in the video (the ones that come in packages) are still processed, and some others are not meant to be found in grocery stores at the same time throughout the year. If you had an orchard, would you be able to get butternut squash AND tomatoes AND broccoli AND strawberries all at once? Mother Nature says no, no, no!
Waiting for new prep and recipe episodes, xoxo
***** Yeah! Thanks so much for the support! I go to a farmer's market every few weeks to get seasonal ingredients, but I can't afford to go there all the time. I always encourage people to be the healthiest they can be in whatever way suits their lifestyle, and buying produce at a larger market helps me save on money, especially because I have to buy so much for recipes for my website :) Thanks for the great tips!
Mind Over Munch
You're so right! Getting the good stuff is not cheap but neither are we, right? Taking care of our own health is priceless and hopefully our bodies will pay us back in the future. Thank you for the answer and for your amazing channel :)
***** Absolutely! Our healthy is priceless and that's a great lesson we must learn! We definitely won't regret buying local and organic when we can :) I appreciate your support!
Is most of this done from Walmart? Thank you so much you are so helpful. I'm trying to shop clean and gluten free for me and my family and on a budget, hahaha do you think I can make it? Anyway thank you again.
Pheobe Madry This is from walmart, target, and publix. I shop where the deals are :) I think you can absolutely make it! You'll just have to go where you can get the most affordable products which might mean more than one trip to the store. It's worth it for me :)
Thanks I never thought to go to Target for food and I love publix buy one get one free products. Thanks for the tips.
How do you wash and let the veggies and the fruits ready to eat?
Gabriela G.A. I rinse some of them and some I soak in a sink filled with water for about 5 minutes :) Check out my meal prep video or my new Meal Prep: A Beginner's Guide eBook for more meal prep ideas! ruclips.net/video/kX6hHWkxLV0/видео.html

do you recommend trying cashew milk? I'm an almond milk drinker, but would like to try something new.
Isabel Lachlan If you make smoothies then YES! I LOVE the creaminess of cashew milk. Otherwise I usually use almond milk :)
wow. that is a lot of food for one week!
it isnt just for one week or just for her. she did say in the video..
where is that sugar free jam from/ what brand is it ?:)
SerenityB I think I got it at Publix (my local grocery store) and the brand is St. Dalfour :)
I make my own hummus.. jam, and I like to make my own pasta sauce... and do you like fish.. ?? soy cheese is good, and I'm on a no dairy gluten free diet... do you have any tips on gluten free..
melissa salisbury Yes! I LOVE making my own hummus, jam and pasta sauce. I have videos for all 3 of those actually! I do like fish, but I eat it out more than I cook it myself, not sure why! I do a "mostly" gluten free diet but am not super strict. My biggest tip on gluten free is to remember to stick to whole foods because gluten free packaged foods like cookies and cake mixes are usually worse for you than regular :)
The milk substitutes (soy/almond)have gum or something similar add to it for consistency... do you think that this is bad for health?
It's never a bad thing to avoid additives, and it's always nice to make your own if you can (I do have a video for homemade almond milk if you want to try!), but it isn't always sustainable for me to make it myself each week. I think it depends how you incorporate it into your diet- if you consume less processed items, then those few additives likely won't add up to much. If you consume more processed items, then you may want to consider restricting intake with those types of ingredients. I always encourage to think about food as fuel, and the more wholesome we can get, the better our bodies can function! :) Cheers
Speaking of bolthouse farms I just got two 2lb bags of carrots by them for $0.59 each had they are some big carrots I price match aldis ad at Wal-Mart because I'm not near a aldis but I like to save money on eating healthy I'm planning on roasted them with some olive oil and garlic and serving them with tilapia and gives garlic spinach yes I'm a garlic lover 😂
Roasting*
Ugh can't spell today and not gives*
Hi, sweet adorable Alyssia. That's one impressive haul. Trader Joe's is based on Aldi Nort, while the American Aldi is based on Aldi Süd. I hope you make your German Chocolate Cake before Thanksgiving. What do you love about peppermint? Have a good day, sweet adorable Alyssia. I love you, cutie pie.
Thank you, Byron! I LOVE peppermint oil- it helps if I have a tummy ache
It might be a silly question but I'm so curious... In your hauls you've said that sometimes you're cooking for Mind over munch the whole day and then you don't want to cook dinner and also that those groceries are not only for you but to cook for the videos. Don't you eat what you prepare for Mind over munch?
I do eat some of it, but a lot of it sits out for 10+ hours for filming and can't be eaten, or we have a lot of leftovers that we freeze or giveaway because we just can't eat them all :)
wow, we definetly eat the same exact foods. I just am the lazy one and dont like working out.lol
+Tracy Chester lol! It's a process... maybe you just haven't found the THING you like to do to workout! Maybe try taking a class! :)
i have been living in a 55 + condo since April 2013 becuz my mans mom bought this for us so he n her can live close to each other ( 3 doors away) and i see nothing but elderly n walkers n scooters n ambulances grey hair,etc... I cant for the life of me get motivated, even though a new gym was built last year in this big clubhouse. I wann be around younger ppl. I dont even use the pools here. i dont wanna swim with old women n men n see what their bodies look like in a bathing suit. I just once in a while walk around our huge azz condo. its too friggin hot .I would love to go to Youfit again down the street but im scared they will not let me workout there unless i pay em their money from the old membership. Im supposed to be a free member from the insurance i have too. what do i do?
What is the purpose of buying yellow dyed egg whites?
Clara Savchik Christian doesn't like egg whites because he doesn't feel like they "look" like eggs, and many people agree! So they're a great way to "trick" yourself into thinking your eating normal scrambled eggs, because they're yellow in color :) Hope this helps to clarify!
Mind Over Munch or maybe adding turmeric to the egg whites?
Your haul is great no offense but i already cut out the regular milk i now buy the silk, and also all the red meat my only protein meat is chicken but i also want to stop eating it. I'm looking more into healthy organic food, it costs more but our health is worth every penny. I would love to see some videos about juicing, and different types of meals if you would consider making them. Thanks girl!
+Jessica Nevarez Absolutely, your health is worth it! :) Thanks for the suggestions!
Question: I've heard some myths about soy milk being unhealthy or just as unhealthy as dairy. Can you give me some cool insight on that, been wanting to switch :-)
+Maya Vasquez depends who you ask. I personally think soy can be healthy but I think we don't need "too" much of it, which is what sometimes ends up happening when people are looking for non-dairy substitutes. I also think some soy processed foods, like "fake chicken" and such are less healthy than regular chicken because they are so extremely processed. I have personally decided that are less processed, like soy milk or edamame, are okay to include in my diet regularly, but I try to avoid the really processed items. You have to do what works for you! :)
Great haul. The tomatoes look very pale though... :(
Vercippu Yeah the tomatoes were medium... I always prefer tomatoes from the farmers market! :)
Hey there, Nice video!
But I don't get how is frozen vegetables just as nutritious.. What I know is that fruit and vegetables loses some of their nutrition values after a little time of being cut so it's always better to eat it fresh. what do you think about that?
duaa225 Most studies have shown that frozen vegetables are as nutritious as fresh, because they are frozen at their most nutritious state. It's a great option for people who can't always keep fresh produce on hand :)
Oh, I got it. So, it's chopped and frozen directly. Thanks for the hint! :)
please do videos like about groceries. thanks😜
+Liz Rodriguez great! Thank you!
can u do protein shakes or do u have a video already
I don't have one, thanks for the request :)
This is great and would look forward to some juicing too.
+Sue Donner :) Thanks!
Why do you use cashew milk, as opposed to almond milk for your smoothies?
Dagoodnurse Cashew milk is so creamy!!! :)
What grocery stores do you shop at?
Eliflower234 I go to a few places to get what I need at the best price- anywhere from Target to Publix to the local Farmer's Market :)
Would you make a video about almond milk. Because I've read a lot of articles saying that store bought almond milk is awful for you with all the things they add other than almonds and water. I even read that in order for it to be considered almond milk it only need to have 2% of almonds, which would explain why almond milk has no protein even though almonds are packed with it which is crazy. I assume making your own almond milk is the best, but what about store bought? And yes I love Silk, but I read the ingredient list and it was deceiving.
thanks so much for the suggestion! Almond milk can be pretty processed so it's a good thing to do research on different brands, and the less ingredients the better. I also do have a video on how to make your own if you want to try but store bought can be fine if you find the less processed brands without the filler ingredients :) I will add the video idea to the list!
Thank you so much. I just subscribed.
The green peppers will have more vitamin c because plants loose vitamin c as they are ripening.
neat!
I'd like to know why you buy egg whites. I hate egg whites but I love yolks and I didn't feel guilty at all because I read somewhere that all the vitamins and minerals where in the yolk. Am I doing it all wrong?
Also, if you didn't already, it would be great to do a video about the staples that you don't buy often like oil and spices and stuff.
Thanks!
+Coccinelf Oh no you aren't doing anything wrong!! Eggs are a great source of nutrients, especially the yolk. When I eat scrambled eggs, I usually eat a lot, like 1 cup of egg whites which would be 4-6 eggs. So rather than consuming THAT many eggs at once I use the egg whites and get the protein without SO much fat. Even though it is nutritious I still don't need 4-6 in one meal :) Also, I LOVE the egg yolk, so if I'm going to eat it I really want it to be yolky- like in a fried or poached egg :) But definitely don't feel bad about consuming the yolk. Thank you for the video request!! :) much love
+Mind Over Munch Ah! Ok! Thank you for your answer!
You're both doing it wrong.
1. Ethical considerations. Is it ok to kill every male chick that is born just because you want to eat an egg? No. Is it ok to rape and imprison these animals for our consumption which is completely unnecessary? Obviously not.
2. Eggs are not healthy. The yolk is full of cholesterol and saturated fat and contributes to an increased risk in heart disease and stroke. Egg white (and all animal protein) contributes to acidosis in our bodies which is linked to increased cancer risk and reduced bone density and therefore increased risk of fractures (among other negative health impacts. Milk which is supposedly good for our bones and teeth does the same thing, but the dairy industry didn't want you to know that - it actually draws calcium from our bones to try to neutralise the effect of the high acid levels in your body.
So in short stop fooling yourselves into thinking that consuming eggs is necessary, healthy or ok.
1. I don't consider animal consumption to be unnecessary for good health.
2. It's completely untrue that saturated fat and cholesterol are bad for the health. It all came from the same 70' propaganda that has been proven wrong again and again. Also, I don't believe in anything about "acidity levels".
+Coccinelf it's not an opinion that you can consider for yourself. It's an objective fact that animal consumption is unnecessary for health.
Suggestions for you and everyone else that take the time to read comment. With prepackage ground chicken and turkey isn't that good for you there are lot of fillers in these types of meat. I agree they are great alternatives. But I've done some nutrition classes and spent time doing research on what goes into food. Some that health foodies will know what I'm talking about. Ever heard of GMOs and antibiotic in our meats. These can cause early maturity in children and maybe links to other health problems. Free range GMO-free and antibiotic-free are something I've remove and changed over to. I even buy them from local certified farmer in my area. But what I was getting too. You can probably save a little more but buying Skinless Chicken or Turkey breast and Grounding them yourselves. Some that own a Standing mixers can get attachments that can ground those and freeze them in packages or food savers bags. Cause with ground meats (chicken and turkey) contain cartilage. Just been ground up enough that most don't notice. Grinders are wonderful things to have. And can be cheaply purchase they can shave off prices at the store by grounding meats yourself. I hope you like my little bit of information
Katherine Osborn Great tip, Katherine! Thanks for sharing! If you can go organic and non-GMO, by all means do it! :) Grinding meat yourself will always save money, but not everyone has time or access to tools to do so. I will look into the meat-grinding attachment for a standmixer, thanks for the heads up!
Now January 2016 is over lmao more hauls!
+joseph mandarino lol! thank you for the suggestion
Ya ur def a cool chic!! Seems u know about NYC right
Why do you always go for protein?
I go for all macronutrients :)
why did you choose nonfat greek yogurt and lowfat cottage cheese? In your other video you said that don't go for the low fat kinds because they need to add something else...
nonfat yogurt is made from nonfat milk, it's just milk skimmed of fat. Fat free processed products generally add sugar into them to compensate. Hope this helps to clarify!
thanks for the reply...so, there are no added sugar in your nonfat yogurt?
Silvia Rachmy Some add added sugar and some don't. You just have to check the nutrition label

Green bell peppers turn red when fully ripe. There are also red peppers which are not bells. Yellow and orange are themselves peppers and not color stages of the green bell pepper. There are also "chocolate" peppers which are a deep brownish red color.
Lisa Huther Yes! I have seen chocolate peppers but never tried, totally going to have to get my hands on one! :) Thanks!
All of that is just between the two of you for less than two weeks? Wow you must do a lot of experimenting for the youtube channel. 😳
