@@Fuliginosus When aunt Agatha the nephew crusher demands to know the whereabouts of Bertie, Jeeves can be counted on to inform her that he is at the monthly meeting of the Drones Club Fine Arts Committee.
I can imagine Bertie Wooster, Gussie Fink-Nottle, Roderick Spode, Madeline Bassett, Stephy Bing, and Florence Craye hitting the dance floor with the song on the background. The DJ and host is Jeeves of course :)
Idea for fundraiser: Gather together in an ordinary place like a shopping mall, in regular clothes. Have ‘Jeeves and Wooster’ come over the loudspeakers. Everyone drop what they are doing and start this. Better still, have half of them start, the others watch and get sucked into it, one by one. It beats flash mobs hollow! If you do it, I pledge the first $100.

@@larryparis925 : You're obviosly another fan of PG's hilarious books-- my dad introduced me to them when I was about 15, and it took me about ten years to realise the extent of that gift when a friend told me that when a journalist asked George Orwell who he thought was the best living writer of English prose was, he was stunned when Orwwell replied "PG Wodehouse" . Orwell was correct, when i thought about it, I realised that my English had impoved vastly, but it was so much fun,but unlike school, the learing was by painless osmosis. If you have'nt already done so, read all that he wrote, I've never read a dud. :-)
Great performance--I hope I won't take away from all the justifiably favorable reviews by observing that the great tall chap dancing in the front put me in mind of Frankenstein in the Mel Brooks staging of "Putting on the Ritz" even though to be sure his footwork was excellent, and I mean no disrespect for a job very well done. Just a matter of scale, I guess!
Dash it, Jeeves! That was the most rousing performance I've seen since Steggles' bachelor party!
Here we are in 2021 and the Wooster legacy still casts its long shadow enhanced by the inimitable Jeeves. What ho!
I say, what?!
