Arguably the most prime example of a group of people having their home invaded and taken away, using all the little symbolic Indian elements throughout the house used by the boy... and then having the man in the basement rise up from the proverbial grave, in literal redface, and seeking his revenge in an actual massacre... just brilliant. Excellent writing.
Train to Busan is perfect too. The director of the Parasite explained that it's Choi Woo Shik imagination. Giving hope to his dad, but in reality, the director said it will take 350 years for him to earn that much money inorder to buy that house, which means it's not going to happen, it's so impossible unless he wins the lottery. Bec Choi is under the ground that's how poor they are compared to the super affluent family. 😊
