    Nice drills. Terrance demonstrates a ridiculous heel-toe landing in the beginning. If people were to land the way Terrance was demonstrating, they would have to have their foot out in front of the center of mass, hence overstriding which increases risk of injury in a big way. Show us where Josh Cox or Sara Hall run like that. They don't. They land on their mid foot, under their center of mass, not on their heels with their toes up in the air.

    @CanVoiceBari Skipping rope is also good as contacts are fast and continuous (improving elasticity).....Line hops (lateral/side-to-side of a line as well as above and below a line) are good for improving ankle strength and ground contact

    Can you do these hops barefoot for greater effect?
