People use Bad language simply because they are not Smart enough to express themselves in any other way. Sadhguru is an excellent speaker because he is able to articulate his thoughts using words that leave no doubt or guesswork to the point that he’s trying to get us to understand. This takes practice and is not easy and requires a level of thought and consciousness whereas dropping the F bomb every other word in a sentence Takes no thought at all and most of the time people don’t even know they’re doing it
People use bad language bc it fun. Fun is good. Not at the expense of others. People can say whatever words they want to as far as I'm concerned.

Sound = Vibration. Vibration affects everything around us. Spoken words even without "conscious" intent produce a certain vibration. That being said, everyone carries/holds varying degrees of negative energy. Those who utter foul words on a regular basis are externalizing their internal experience because they cannot contain them. Those who dont utter them are better able to contain but not necessarily because they are "better." The question is, how will you manage what you are holding? There is the "spiritual" way and then there is the "conventional" way. To those who think otherwise, think how chanting AUM affects you. Each distinct sound affects different chakras in our body. As you chant, it moves the lower energies up and through the upper chakras without issues. If you only chanted Ahhh, you would have severe issues as the energy gets stuck in the upper chakras causing emotional and mental issues.

I have picked up abusive words from somewhere around n started using them when I'm in rage or when i need attention, this was a habit that developed from my childhood , i stopped for a while , so much happened in recent times that I hurt a beautiful person in my life with no bad intentions, for me those r just words with no intention at all, but the person who doesn't even know my behavioural changes got frightened up, this person thought giving love and care would do but the actual thing is my situation needs clinical attention , without this person i wouldn't have realised about my condition i have been diagnosed with psychotic condition which needs immediate clinical treatment now i'm seeking therapy n started being very conscious with my usage of words 🙏 it's a High time for me to change

Most people will make their own interpretations out of vdo like this. But it's simple truth, the way you speak, the kind of language you use, plays an important role in your growth in life. It has got nothing to do with anyone else. You have to decide whether the quality of your life is low or high by choosing the way you speak.
And it's not that we can't use some words just for the sake of fun, but most people only use derogatory words and act insensitively.

I think it’s still appropriate to swear up and down while sitting in rush hour traffic alone. I’ll try to tone it down otherwise though, he makes very good points.
Why destroy yourself through anger, it's not in your control. Listen to relaxing music or talk radio show and engage your mind in the positive. Time will fly by and be in a better state of mind to be with family or friends.

Back then growing up there was huge deal even if we blurt one such word. Whole session used to be finished with big warnings, Cutting our allowances. That may be the reason I don't use much of abusive words.

The only reason one thinks a word is bad is because one was taught as much & either accepted that social proposition of censorship (so as to belong to a set social dynamic), or rejected it due to apathy for the purported social value of the proposition, based upon the meritless argument for censorship of language & how that applies to the individual..

My husband has served Indian defence, he says it's common to use swear words, he is habitual, he never cared for me, he never speaks sweet, never behaves in a romantic way, but never loses any chance to use abusive language, i hv love and respect for Indian defence, but can't believe men are trained in this way.

Hey everyone l am currently studying in school, actually I thought that those people who speak abusive words look cool so gradually I also started using them in my daily schedule in fact I was not knowing their meaning also. I used them for grabbing attention from my friends and become cool in front of them but then I got realise that it is not a right way when my friends also started stopping me for using them then finally I started finding ways to stop using them from my daily language .
I am just saying that be aware don't repeat the mistake that I have done.

Words shows the content of mind and culture of person concerned, and you can't place equate two 2 words as normal just because they have same rythem in them! If your idea is to be taken, then, whole education is irrelevant, because you just need to follow rythem, what word has to do with it! Lastly you appreciated the language, so it's the literature that needs to be promoted so that society speak right words!
I think there's a little too much over thinking going on here. Most Western epithets have by and largely lost their offensiveness and are usually used to convey a multiple of emotions which are felt at the same time, ie anger, surprise, humour and sadness or confusion, irritation sympathy etc.
If a Westerner uses an epithet to be deliberately insulting or offensive, the recipient of such will be in no doubt about how it is being used, that is if the person is sufficiently aware of the subtleties and nuances of the language being used.
The problem is that many people who have a basic understanding of a Western language, whether it be English, French, Spanish - whatever, are to quick to jump to the wrong conclusion once they have heard a word that they know to be in some way offensive simply because they do not or cannot put it into context!
Admittedly this is somewhat of a vulgar trait, but to understand this will lead to many unnecessary problems being avoided.

The power of abusive words can boost potential to show their real actions when they deny after taking your kindness as advantage. Mostly for those people who have weighed down themselves worthless for years by other's words and actions can use abusive words ONCE in a lifetime. It is necessary, you can't expect to be good with a sick environment. You need to be bold!! You meet different kinds of people in life and you know how to deal with it. Even Wise people has to use abusive words when they get betrayed or gaslighted by somebody. They have some self control. I BET you when those words are applied from your mouth and goes to that person's ear who emotionally abused or gaslighted you. You won't feel regret. And yes before giving anybody bad words think about it several times and then proceed. Because even God is being scolded by human beings for taking much tests in their life and still keeps silent. You can't be a priest or a humble person, life hits you with several stuffs. Wise people also hits himself in a closed door, we are unknown. It is better to open and Do this privately not in front of others. Do not care once you have them as when they spread about you act normal as if nothing happened and deny their petty accusations.❤
