We don't remove tender seeds..my Nani used to say it works as preservatives...so we follow that trick too...& It works....being kutchhi we don't add fennel seeds/variyadi.....

@@TheKitchenSeries if u ask me we keep the eatable chunks....ur pickle is more Massey & pulpy....my Nani leave it overnight for marination...so we can get chunks...but it's ur choice if ur family like this way...we used to add cloves & whole red chilli....I really miss my Nani & pickle here in Dubai....
