Awesome content B66. The exhaust pipe looks BA and the quality of the installation is unmatched. I have to say, that is a big engine bro, that jug is bigger than my 800 Suzuki Boulevard. Does anyone produce a lockup converter for highway riding? That is a beastly mini. Amazing!

Black 66, whats ur guess on rpms with that setup? Hard to tell by the video, but it doesnt sound like it revs out? Love the build series. You could also try a 34mm carb on there…
Im putting a bored and stroked 420 in a harley davison hardtail frame that was custom built in the 70s but never used. Head is built , ported.big valves and springs. 780 series clutch
The big block sounds like it’s just cruising at 65. Would be interesting to see if it’s more durable than a typical 212cc clone for a lot of hard riding.

Hey black66 if u see this i was wondering would connecting a 2nd muffler as ridiculous as it would look would it make the bike even more silent? I want to have a dead silent mini bike for my neighborhood and been thinking about fabricating a diabolical exhaust like 3 mufflers
Currently slowly but I’m throwing a 420cc on my b200. What’s the best way to get the motor lined up along with what size bore is the driven pulley? Is it 3/4 inch? I need to get 40 series parts to swap over as expected. To make it work but I might even have to cut the frame to get it all to fit.
I have been a big fan and I'm trying to build a 224 on the ct200u but it has so much vibration it hurts my hand and also how do i figure out gearing I have a 10t front clutch with a I think 40 tooth rear sprock it any help would be awesome

.308 will rev quite higher. Geared too tall. Gear it about 5t shorter and the rpm you gain on top probably get you closer to 75mph. You're barely in the PowerBand for that cam.
Had the bike geared lower , was uncontrollable at low end. I like it the way its geared now thanks. Check out the cam videos on the channel thanks for watching

that 420 stage 3 is stouter than u might think it would be, worth the money to upgrade in my book.

Handles pretty good for the speed I am going. Well see how it goes in the next video with more speed.

Those cheap as pitbike exhausts are annoyingly effective... except for the fact that a 420 blows a big enough pulse to pop the end off the muffler!

Sounds like the bike ran out of carb. A bigger carb should make good use of that cam.
