Stunning scenery & sounds. I remember the cacophony of sounds I experienced during sunset & sunrise when I hiked in Taman Negara in Malaysia many years ago. Definitely will check this trail out.

That was a beautiful morning on trail 2 Brian and that comes over well on your video. When we got to the end of the trail a ranger asked me if we had seen any elephants on the trail? I have a feeling they were advising people not to use it that morning because they had been active early that morning. Now we know why we had it to ourselves lol.

Yes, they'd probably told everyone they couldn't do the trail; even the campsite close by was closed, so we were probably lucky we didn't bump into any elephants at the time. My favourite trail so far.

I went to Khao Yai NP last year but didn't go on the trails so unfinished business.
