This video is right on time. I just bought a separate jar of coconut oil specifically for oil pulling and I started brushing my teeth with activated charcoal for whitening purposes. I'll be checking into that toothpaste. And I'm so glad I decided to watch this video cause I suffer from insomnia and was looking for a natural product to help me sleep

Girl if you have not done so already look into the benefits of a copper tongue scraper. They sell them on amazon. I oil pull as well and use baking soda and activated charcoal mixed instead of traditional toothpaste. The copper tongue scraper has been a welcomed addition to my oral care routine.
Valou116 I know about that. After I had my first yeast infection, I learned about the benefits of coconut oil for yoni health. I just have some trepidation about implementing it into my sexual routines just because I dont want to do more harm to myself down there. (I take better care of my feminine hygenine since my first infection) I really don't like commercialized lubricants and inserting unknown chemicals into my body through my vagina. As long as coconut oil won't make my yoni feel icky during or after sex, then I'm on board!

I get what you’re saying with the natural deodorant. I used to use Mitchum religiously but have been using natural ones (Dr. Mist and JASON) for the past few months. It’s funny because I don’t mind the little bit of sweating and am even okay, scent-wise, while working out. However, if I’m under emotional stress, it’s another story. My deodorant will sometimes “stop working.” I’ve decided to experiment with different scents and brands though before giving up.

Amazing video! I love goddness body's yoni oil and wash! It does smell good. My mom love using my yoni wash & yoni oil lol. Also, I used an activated charcoal toothpaste called ugly by nature. I liked the product, however I went to the dentist and some of the activated charcoal were leaving stains in between my teeth. :( I stopped using that product and switch over to Eco-dent tooth powder. I like that it has baking soda and peppermint oil.

you can use plain lemon juice or lime juice as deodorant. even the juice that comes out of the bottle (concentrate).
