Asmon isn't some small time creator who just reacts to big streamers to farm some views. Sure he uses their content for entertainment for his stream but he brings them up by watching them on his stream.
Whole vanilla pet mechanism and micro management is brilliant to me. I see how it may be annoying to some, but then just don't play hunter. It fits perfectly with the class, it adds that flavor. Hope they add to it because it always felt unfinished and was scrapped in the very first expansion. If broken tooth wasn't that good, whole pet customization would make much more sense.

Imagine if he pulled Old Icebeard that far and then ran back and he had already respawned? You can't trust it anymore because sometimes I'll have a named mob respawn the second I kill them before I even get to loot. If there are a lot of players in the area, and on my server there always is, the respawns are damn near instant. I have yet to be in a zone on my server (non-hardcore) where there are fewer than 50 players in a zone (50 is the limit you can see with /who) and in some cases I'll be able to look around and count 10 or 20 in the immediate area, but in some cases a group will come through and you'll be by yourself doing something and dealing with instant spawns. I've kind of learned to pull every mob out of aggro range of the spawn points but there are things I had to do in a group because the mobs spawned around an item I needed to interact with so fast it was impossible to clear them.
fun fact about boars, if you can prevent them from reaching you after they queue up their charge either by slows or roots for just a few seconds, they will lose the buff and their next atk will do normal dmg

Also did this with critters in Orgrimmar, deliberately dying to a critter on a max level, max geared warlock, warrior, the works. Took fucking hours, man.
I remember having to manage my xp trying to get the right attacks for my final pet spider for a lvl 29 twink hunter for pvp matches. That was a lot of fun back in vanilla.

They had to be taught how to kite for Drakkisath in UBRS to kite him to Beast's room while the party killed the adds. I don't know why people say he can't be a new player for kiting. I'm new to WoW, and things like kiting are just normal for most gamers. I've actually been blown away by how oblivious most WoW players are in the two months I've been playing this game...Most people just stand still in fights as if they're semi afk. To most other games, standing still is death, so you always kite, etc. to stay alive
Any Wow veteran knows that you do not waste time teaching your first pet bite, no wonder it took a full day to reach level 14. I don't think any build uses bite, its a waste of focus. Killing Hogger as a hunter is easy. Killing Hogger as a warrior is something entirely different.

In my middleschool there were kids who dipped, and it was so common for kids to flunk multiple years there was a parking lot for the middleschoolers that could drive.
This league player added me mid-wod. Met him in Skirms, dude was crying about his gf leaving him or something and i stayed in group for a few hours to hear him out. We ended up playing together for a few months. He had this huge chip on his shoulder from being plat in league or something about not using macros or keybinds. Just WASD and QWER, clicked everything else because his mouse skills were "good enough to click everything." we played to like low 2ks or something with him on rogue & me healing. super chill guy outside of his obsession with league and clicking. He was actually pretty good given how much he handicapped himself.
I never had the baby doll. My mom knew they tend to break alot and she didn't want my brother and I to fail on bs so she made sure we never had that class.
