Holtermanns= childhood memories! My favorite still until this day are the box of chocolate, vanilla & strawberry cupcakes (strawberry is my favorite) and the fresh glazed donuts which we used to get every Sunday before they sold out! A Staten Island staple! ❤️
What an amazing original of New York! The absolute BEST bakery in New York hands down! Never ever failing to miss a call or delivery! We go for everything desserts breads bakes. Been a staple in my family for years and I pray it will always be! Such an amazing family and business 🥰🥰🙏🏼💜💜
Friendly staff and delicious cupcakes, crumb cakes, pies, bread and other treats -I always end up leaving with more than I came for (and am happy for it lol). The extra moist chocolate cake and strawberry cupcakes are something special. 😊
I remember their truck used to drive through our neighborhood in Great Kills!!! That was back in the seventies! Nowadays we still go there from Jersey for the cupcakes, crumb cake and doughnuts because Holtermann’s homemade is still the best!!!
I have never seen a bakery truck roll through neighborhoods, I really enjoyed the ice cream trucks as a child. As an adult I would love a bakery truck! It would be dangerous for my waistline though. 😂
Holtermanns is the best bakery. It is a staple in Staten Island for over 100 years that is a family owned business where the employees are the Holtermann family. The audacity of Whoopi Goldberg to try and make this political nonsense because of her liberal view. It is a private company that has the right to refuse service. However not the case they could not complete the order because of technical problem. She should apologize publicly like she defamed them publicly. Keep up the great work Holtermanns!! She is only an entitled celebrity who thinks she is more important than she actually is.

Baking and dairy farming are labor intensive industries. God bless them all. Hard work. Up early and working hard throughout the day. God bless them all. If you enjoy bread, pastries, milk or cheese you need to be thankful for their hard work
i was gana go to carlos bakery when i visit NY but now iam coming here instead i feel like they got too corp anyways and they dont make things the same
Why have we british stood by whilst all our familly bakeries are closing. Gregs is mass produced cheap rubbish compared to this. Support local bakers before they are all gone.

Wonderful bakery! Sundays were Holtermanns bakery days growing up. White mountain rolls for me and onion rolls for my dad.
