Allison Moorer - "Nightlight" Live in Tulsa, OK

On the evening of December 5, 2019, the Bob Dylan Center® teamed up with Magic City Books and the Woody Guthrie Center for an evening with singer, songwriter and memoirist Allison Moorer.
That evening, Moorer was joined in conversation with her friend and writing mentor Robert Polito, performing songs from the soundtrack she wrote and recorded to accompany her acclaimed memoir "Blood" (2019, Da Capo Press). The Grammy- and Academy Award-nominated singer-songwriter’s haunting, lyrical memoir shares the story of an unthinkable act of violence and ultimate healing through art.
