Thanks coach and Brad , I'm learning a lot from these episodes. Racing Two Oceans sub 5 and I'll take your advice full week rest and then build up again.
Hi Guys Love the show, watched every single one. As this will be my first Comrades, I am soaking it all up n have loved my Coach Parry Training app and all the plans and help! Seriously nothing better out there! Quick question as a novice, where are the best and least congested places for seconding on the up run? Any tips, areas, streets… any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
Absolutely love this series, question, I missed my 35km long run this weekend, will that impact me negatively and should I increase this week's mileage slightly to make up for it
Thanks for this- great advice. Going to take it super easy at oceans . So you recommend to do 40-45km four weeks before comrades (11/12 May) as last long run?
Training on the sub 10 hour program....last time i ran was the 35km run on 30 March i got Sick on the 31 March was only sivere sinus but i took caution and did not run Since i'm good to go tomorrow again should i panic having missed 8 days of training? Thanx for the Awesome advice and program again Coah and Brad
Thanks for your words of wisdom about Comrades. I'll be there for the first time

Thank you looking forward next weeks one qualified this week
Going for green number this year, jogged OM Die Dam and only raced Jeppe. I am thinking of racing 42kms of Oceans then jog the last 14kms?
Thats the plan race 42, jog the rest
