Whats your advice regarding OVERREACHING / OVERTRAINING ?
I have been fighting to continue training and having reduced performance for past two weeks thinking it was just adaptive fatigue but I have now hit a total wall.
I struggled so badly during my long run this weekend that was physically unable to run for more than .25-.5 miles at a time despite being able to usually run 20+ miles without stopping.
I’m currently taking a rest break and on day two but not sure when to return to training or how so I avoid overloading again. TA X
