Why I Can No Longer Support DX Sabers

  • Lots of things have been going around about DX Sabers again recently and as someone who has supported them in the past I can no longer in good conscience carry on, this is a video explaining my personal reasons why and my recent experience. It's a little long but things needed to said!

    It’s sad that Paul screws over a guy that tried to help him! That dude is just a slick used car salesman. Glad you made this👍🏼

      He's not even slick. He is a low rent scam artist. There is no art in the kind of theft he does.

    I am a huge Star Wars/lightsaber saber fan myself starting my collection of replicas back in the mid ‘80.
    I can feel your pain and frustration in this situation and to let you know it’s not your fault for trying to help out someone. The number of companies to buy from out there is overwhelming and finding a trustworthy company can be harder in today’s world. I wish I could replace what was promised to you and I hope this will be get resolved soon.

    Not 1st wont be last just stay strong and firm on ur statement and may the force be with you. There is nothing wrong with stating factual expierence for public awareness

    The world is chock full of riff raff like Paul. They bring nothing to the table but misery and disappointment. There's no dishonor in seeing the good side of folks... that's commendable. In the end, your story was a heartbreaking one for me. What he did to you smacks of blatant exploitative abuse, and it's a damn shame when you performed such a purely selfless (and a bit reckless, in hindsight) favor for a dubious lump of a human being. At any rate, you get naught but sympathy from me. What a tough experience. I hope that everyone takes this to heart, learns from it and moves on accordingly.

    Experience is the best teacher, but man...that's a hard lesson to learn. Can't fault you for wanting to believe in and see the best in people, though. Hopefully this will eventually have a happy ending.

    ALSO a bit of fun fact: DX NEVER made his own saber. ever. his whole stock is leftover LGT and YDD, and some other companies he re sells.

      this "delay" in the ahsoka sabers was him waiting to get the sabers from another company. they were never his make and model. he has lied about that too

    Look at it this way, next time an entire community tells you a company isn't trustworthy, you'll probably listen to them.

    Dx Sabers continues to show us all how NOT to run a company. I’m sorry it took you this long to figure it out. Hope you get it worked out.

    I sent in a hilt I bought for my brother last Christmas to get repaired in February, and I have yet to get it back. It makes me upset because they always just send me this sob story of how they were screwed over by this other company, and then they will tell me I’ll receive my tracking number within the next few weeks, and then I never get one. I just want a straight answer from them but that never happens. I was hoping it would be back at least for this Christmas so he can actually use the thing I bought him but no luck so far.

      They never give straight answers, ever, then if you challenge them you get blocked and called out for slander, it's just not the way to do business, I'm sorry this happened to you!

      Originally due to him sending me someone else's order Instead of mine, I'm sure they were super happy about that,
      I received the pair, but then I paid for it separately

      @Scott Beauchamp I saw the Facebook post he's managed to take all the information and twist it to fit his narrative! I'll be doing a new video soon with all the email proof of how they're threatening me with legal action, it's a joke!

The crazy thing is it was just some wiring that needed to be fixed and it’s been taking them this long. I’m debating asking for a refund but I doubt I’d get one.

      @@zeth97 Ask for the refund and if they refuse, go through your credit card and banks. They're already listed a scam company in the banks so you'll get your money back easily. Just be sure to show your transaction with them

      Maybe he was, but he thought they could change, apparently not! But Jim is a genuinely kind person that tries to help people and see the best in people! So he didn’t know that DX Sabers was as bad as they are!
