    Great tour - thanks Peter. And I know it's a somewhat different target, but so much more beautiful a vessel than the coldly bland Emerald Azzurra.

      Thanks so much for posting. While I don't dislike the AZZURRA's interiors as much as many here, I really do love the WORLD NAVIGATOR's. I hope her sisters are up to the same standard. :)

      Yeah, try and find some better, licensable music that won't get you sued or deleted. And it's more 90's ambient, lol. I'd much prefer 80s. BTW, you should hear what I didn't use. :)

    Hi Peter lovely ship and enjoy your videos. I have two questions one is why would they build tis ship without all staterooms having balconies as Viking do and not sure how you get extra floor space with Juliet balcony which is Not a balcony at all?

    • @midshipcinema
      @midshipcinema  2 года назад +2

      Hi Doug. Only a handful of cabins have the Juliet balcony and others have the real thing. On our trip, it was scorching outside, so we enjoyed opening the window to take photos. The space that would have been devoted to a regular balcony gave us a bit more living space in the stateroom and yet we could have fresh air whenever we wanted with the push of a button. In polar regions where it is freezing, I'm pretty sure guests will enjoy that option. Thanks for watching and posting. :)

    • @dlgregory35
      @dlgregory35 2 года назад +1

      Hi Peter no mater this is a very small ship animist if not all luxury ships are being built with only balcony cabins look at Saga and Viking so amazed this ship has Juliet cabins in this day and age and in the luxury market. Can only think badly designed.

    • @midshipcinema
      @midshipcinema  2 года назад +1

      @@dlgregory35 I guess I'm in the minority for liking them as I rarely spend time on balconies when I have them. I also like them on the former Seabourn Windstar ships. :)

    Ship looks great but is the pool covered by a sliding roof or not? If not then as the ship will be generally in colder climates it would seem it is going to be cold in the pool if not covered.

    Sorry to say this, but the ship looks like it was built in 1981, not 2021. Really dated looking interior with the dark wood, chrome, curtains and velour. Especially compared to the new, sleek Viking expedition ships. No thanks for a premium ship.

    • @midshipcinema
      @midshipcinema  Год назад

      It's OK, Paul. We all don't have to agree on every ship but I will say that the Viking expedition ships look spectacular. They are three times larger than these ships, so have much more space for exotic toys and beautiful spaces. I actually loved the decor on the NAVIGATOR and thought it had a high end finish. And I LOVE velour -- very Italian and of the Zoncada/Pulitzer era that I miss so much. But again, different strokes for different folks. Thanks for watching and posting.
