Yeah some don't make sense I cheated to keep the fun in the game.....the beast made me play GTA 5 to keep action going I don't have the time these kinda ruined the games rhythm and flow

@OWA OWA revalis gale is a divine beast power after saving the rito village from their divine beast problem thingy (I forgot the name) you can look it up it’s west of the map u should find it immediately
i remember entering this divine beast, it was the first divine beast i entered. when i got the map and everything i was like "ok cool.... now what do i do?" and it took half an hour just for me to accidentally open the map and realize i was able to control stuff using the map. i remember i was calling myself the most stupid person who's ever lived, and also some swearing out of rage. when i reached the boss fight i didn't know that this boss was using electric attacks (which is one of the most powerful attacks in the game) and i only had 4/5 hearts (yes i was new to zelda at the time) so i took 1 hour just to beat this boss and now i will always call him one of the most hard and infuriating bosses i ever fought against in my entire gaming life.

I'm 5 months late but for anyone else: Thunderblight in master mode is stupid. Especially wihout the MS. He takes 3 hours to throw thunderballs that you can't parry, he has a shield meaning you can't easily shoot it, when he throws the metal stuff you can't see him most of the time so he just regenerates tons of health. I luckily had the MS, I don't recommend doing it without it.
In a million years, with nothing else to distract me, no food or sleep needed, I'm just playing this game 24/7, I would never complete it without RUclips and Google walkthroughs.

Found this walk-through the other night and forgot to save it. Went through around 5-10 videos before I refound it. HATED every single one. They either talked through it, didn't edit, did things the hard way or just made absolutely no sense. This is the best walk through I've ever watched. Glad I found it.

@@heartfelt_hero my tactic is using stasis, hitting him, and then running away 😭 I have only killed two of the red ones tho cuz the others have an unreasonable amount of XP and AIM with that bow and arrow goddamn. Plus they are immune to elements and bomb arrows so that sucks
So true. For the other ones I got them pretty good with the walkthroughs but this one even I got stuck when looking at the walkthroughs. I had such a hard time trying to defeat Thunderblight Ganon as well, I had to leave it for a bit to get the Master Sword and go back just to defeat him with it.
i think i found a patteren to help defeat thunder blight, soooooooo it goes like this, 1,2,3,parry, shoot in the eye, hit with weapon and repeat. i havent got there yet but i hope it works...
That was my first (and only one till now, I just beat it) Divine Beast, I explored alot before going in it so I arrived with 8 hearts, and a lot of good stuff, after dying some four times I defeat it :D
Don Matheson if u thought this dungeon was hard u obviously haven't played ocarina of time. because this dungeon has many similarities to the water temple which many people have said that the water temple was the hardest temple in the game ever since it was released. this dungeon may be hard but definitely not the hardest in the series. its just a typical zelda dungeon. and how can this be the hardest dungeon in the game of its possible to complete it in 10 minutes? u cant even get to the water temple mini boss in 10 minutes and thats with using a strategy guide.
chris D How challenging something is and how long it takes to do something are two completely different things. A professional artist can do a very challenging piece of artwork in an hour but is still very difficult to do. Waiting in line for a roller coaster can take an hour too, but that isn't challenging at all. But I do agree with you that the water temple from Ocarina of Time is more difficult than this dungeon.

Jay M I just used Revali's Gale to get to places. And for the part where you had to get the two electric balls I just got one and lined up my metal weapons so the electricity flowed through them and it powered up the door.
I was stuck on this dungeon for 3-4 hours. I was about to give up and watch a walkthrough, in the end I did solve the dungeon. But man, was it a pain the ass. This dungeon gave me a lot of motion sickness (because of the damn rotating lol)

Not our fault Nintendo was smoking crack when they designed the Divine Beasts in this game. They all pretty much suck equally. The only good aspect to this game is the exploration, sadly. It used to be the dungeons, now they don't even exist, and instead we have these Divine Beasts that are nothing short of atrocious
My first beast was the lizard and I was able to figure it out alone so I figured the rest of the beasts wouldn't be too difficult. After an hour or motion sickness, I am here 😭

Here’s my tips, it’s been a year tho so u probably don’t need this but whenever the lightning ring forms hop off your sand seal and stand with Riga until it goes away then hop back on your sand seal and just dash ahead to shoot the feet! Hope this helps!!

This one was the hardest. I think the chameleon was the easiest since it only had two movements, but this one has soo many movements and soo many rooms. Definitely the hardest in my opinion
I had trouble with the terminal that required two of those green battery orbs (couldn’t find the second), so I dropped a lot of swords, spears, etc. to form a wire to connect the orb to two terminals at once. Felt awesome!
@@dimensional5282 Hrmm, which weapons did you use? Wooden weapons obviously won’t work (wood is an insulator), and neither will the ancient Sheikah weapons (whatever they’re made of isn’t metallic, apparently) Other than that, maybe they patched it out?
After 3 grueling hours of trying to solve this, I swear I started looking naturally crossed-eyed. I definitely didn't feel the insides of the other divine beasts were as complicated as this one. May the Goddess smile upon you for this tutorial. Seriously 😢
This was my last divine beast and it left me pretty baffled. I did not look up how to beat it but I definitely cheesed it with the help of Revalis Gale to get past the gate that required two metal balls. After watching this video I can’t believe I couldn’t find the ball that was just chilling on a ledge. I literally figured out all the puzzles but was defeated by a ball hidden in plain sight...🤦♂️

When you get 5 minutes in And go to kill the eye and accidentally stand too close while using a bomb arrow... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH
If anyone is having trouble with this dungeon, go to the Rito Highlands and free Van Medoh first. Being able to fly everywhere makes it so much easier.
for the hanging treasure chest, i used magnesis to make it sway then shot the rope with my bow and arrow as it came towards link, the reward is an ancient core :)
Imagine losing it to the desert spending days of real time to find it finally finding it just for it to be an ancient core....I lost that chest the first time I saw it. Said screw it and reloaded the dungeon. I'm currently on vah naboris, first time playing the game
i froze in in the air, threw the guardian axe at it to cut the rope (somehow the arrows seem more valuable to me) then tried to use the magnet to pull it to link, but i forgot that you cant use a magnet of time frozen items and the chest fell

I’m an idiot. This was my first divine beast and I didn’t know there was a tutorial to help. I could’ve saved the hour of my life I wasted on getting this divine beast done by myself. Gosh dang it. Not to mention I LITTERALLY finished the next three in one day. I wish I waited for this one.
I was getting stuck on literally every step of this damn thing, I always associated Nintendo with games targeted at a young audience, and this is my first zelda game.. but damn this game has kicked my ass repeatedly not just in combat but in these often surprisingly elaborate puzzles. I've had to use guides FAR more often than I'd like to admit lol
I got the hanging chest swinging with magnesis, then when it swung towards me i put it in stasis and shot the rope, so when it was released it still carried the momentum and barely landed on the ground after the second try.
I did the exact same thing, but I didn't use the stasis ability. I just left it swinging and shot the rope when it swung towards me. I considered using the stasis ability but I thought it would complicate things even more, despite the fact that it would've made things easier in the long run. It's funny how everyone in this thread got the chest, but in different ways. It's really cool that this game keeps on rewarding creativity.
After seeing how much views this has and how many people struggled, I became determined to complete it on my own and after 2 days of trying I FRICKEN DID IT holy smokes that was rough but for once in my life I feel smart.
I was doing so well in this beast when I accidentally fell out and died - no problem in itself except at the time I was carrying one of the two green sparking power balls needed for the fourth terminal, and now I only have one and can't access the fourth terminal.
5:11 I Revali's Gale'd my way up there 6:38 I literally just shot at the guardians through the bars 7:27 I also Revali's Gale'd my way over (I didn't see the first ball that's there as you go down the platform) I feel kinda shitty for cheesing it now

Thank you! This beast was doing my head in. This has to be one of the most complex puzzles in any game. Even all the shrines are easier than this one, of course with most the difficult shrines you can "cheat" to an extent. This friggin' puzzle there wasn't much you could do besides use Revali’s gale now and then. How a child is supposed to work all this out is beyond me!

just do thunderblight first, because the first divine beast you do is automatically the easiest, it gets harder on the order u choosed
example: if you choose vah ruta first, it'll be ez, if you pick it for last it'll be hard

I'd recommend using stasis on the chest, then shooting the string, and then prepare magnesis to grab it. Makes it a bit easier

if you use ravali's gale towards areas with larger heights, it's a hell of a lot easier.

Osamu Dazai I advise you to get mipha’s grace before doing this and also get more heart containers

@@heartfelt_hero my tactic is using stasis, hitting him, and then running away 😭 I have only killed two of the red ones tho cuz the others have an unreasonable amount of XP and AIM with that bow and arrow goddamn. Plus they are immune to elements and bomb arrows so that sucks

So true. For the other ones I got them pretty good with the walkthroughs but this one even I got stuck when looking at the walkthroughs. I had such a hard time trying to defeat Thunderblight Ganon as well, I had to leave it for a bit to get the Master Sword and go back just to defeat him with it.

I went after the camel first. This was very helpful. It took me three hours to beat thunderblight Ganon. I only had 5 hearts
i think i found a patteren to help defeat thunder blight, soooooooo it goes like this, 1,2,3,parry, shoot in the eye, hit with weapon and repeat.
i havent got there yet but i hope it works...
I actually beat him without flurry rushing. I just ran away and slammed him with bomb arrows repeatedly and that got rid of him. Lol

That was my first (and only one till now, I just beat it) Divine Beast, I explored alot before going in it so I arrived with 8 hearts, and a lot of good stuff, after dying some four times I defeat it :D

Don Matheson if u thought this dungeon was hard u obviously haven't played ocarina of time. because this dungeon has many similarities to the water temple which many people have said that the water temple was the hardest temple in the game ever since it was released. this dungeon may be hard but definitely not the hardest in the series. its just a typical zelda dungeon. and how can this be the hardest dungeon in the game of its possible to complete it in 10 minutes? u cant even get to the water temple mini boss in 10 minutes and thats with using a strategy guide.
chris D How challenging something is and how long it takes to do something are two completely different things. A professional artist can do a very challenging piece of artwork in an hour but is still very difficult to do. Waiting in line for a roller coaster can take an hour too, but that isn't challenging at all. But I do agree with you that the water temple from Ocarina of Time is more difficult than this dungeon.

This was by far the hardest beast and the hardest of Ganon's incarnations.

Jay M I just used Revali's Gale to get to places. And for the part where you had to get the two electric balls I just got one and lined up my metal weapons so the electricity flowed through them and it powered up the door.

I was stuck on this dungeon for 3-4 hours. I was about to give up and watch a walkthrough, in the end I did solve the dungeon. But man, was it a pain the ass. This dungeon gave me a lot of motion sickness (because of the damn rotating lol)

Not our fault Nintendo was smoking crack when they designed the Divine Beasts in this game. They all pretty much suck equally. The only good aspect to this game is the exploration, sadly. It used to be the dungeons, now they don't even exist, and instead we have these Divine Beasts that are nothing short of atrocious
My first beast was the lizard and I was able to figure it out alone so I figured the rest of the beasts wouldn't be too difficult. After an hour or motion sickness, I am here 😭

Here’s my tips, it’s been a year tho so u probably don’t need this but whenever the lightning ring forms hop off your sand seal and stand with Riga until it goes away then hop back on your sand seal and just dash ahead to shoot the feet!

This one was the hardest. I think the chameleon was the easiest since it only had two movements, but this one has soo many movements and soo many rooms. Definitely the hardest in my opinion
I had trouble with the terminal that required two of those green battery orbs (couldn’t find the second), so I dropped a lot of swords, spears, etc. to form a wire to connect the orb to two terminals at once. Felt awesome!

This was my last divine beast and it left me pretty baffled. I did not look up how to beat it but I definitely cheesed it with the help of Revalis Gale to get past the gate that required two metal balls.
After watching this video I can’t believe I couldn’t find the ball that was just chilling on a ledge. I literally figured out all the puzzles but was defeated by a ball hidden in plain sight...🤦♂️

for the hanging treasure chest, i used magnesis to make it sway then shot the rope with my bow and arrow as it came towards link, the reward is an ancient core :)
Imagine losing it to the desert spending days of real time to find it finally finding it just for it to be an ancient core....I lost that chest the first time I saw it. Said screw it and reloaded the dungeon. I'm currently on vah naboris, first time playing the game
Good tactic! I used stasis on the chest, cut the rope, then used magnesis to yoink it out the air lol
i’m doing van noaboris right now and got that chest the same way. Got it off screen and almost lost it lol.
i froze in in the air, threw the guardian axe at it to cut the rope (somehow the arrows seem more valuable to me) then tried to use the magnet to pull it to link, but i forgot that you cant use a magnet of time frozen items and the chest fell

I was getting stuck on literally every step of this damn thing, I always associated Nintendo with games targeted at a young audience, and this is my first zelda game.. but damn this game has kicked my ass repeatedly not just in combat but in these often surprisingly elaborate puzzles. I've had to use guides FAR more often than I'd like to admit lol

I got the hanging chest swinging with magnesis, then when it swung towards me i put it in stasis and shot the rope, so when it was released it still carried the momentum and barely landed on the ground after the second try.

I used Stasis, then cut the rope with an arrow and timed a Magnesis grab as it fell. Was worth it!
I did the exact same thing, but I didn't use the stasis ability. I just left it swinging and shot the rope when it swung towards me. I considered using the stasis ability but I thought it would complicate things even more, despite the fact that it would've made things easier in the long run. It's funny how everyone in this thread got the chest, but in different ways. It's really cool that this game keeps on rewarding creativity.

I was doing so well in this beast when I accidentally fell out and died - no problem in itself except at the time I was carrying one of the two green sparking power balls needed for the fourth terminal, and now I only have one and can't access the fourth terminal.

Thank you! This beast was doing my head in. This has to be one of the most complex puzzles in any game. Even all the shrines are easier than this one, of course with most the difficult shrines you can "cheat" to an extent. This friggin' puzzle there wasn't much you could do besides use Revali’s gale now and then. How a child is supposed to work all this out is beyond me!
