- I'm hanging out around Logan New Mexico keeping an eye on the Wildfires!! Sometimes it just best to stay in a safe area til things calm down. Still working my way North to the mountains. Slow journey due to the Wildfires. Ute Lake seemed to be a big boating Park. Got pretty crowded on the weekends.....during the week pretty empty. I can get network CBS and Fox. The internet up loading video's is Super slow. But just just using the internet it was good!
Network TV....CBS and Fox
Phone service...Good
Internet....Slow

Thank You....!
Hi John🙋♀️🇨🇦😍🏕‼️I'm watching your video in the luxury of our brand new Taylor Coach 16ftx7, bumper pull. What a good idea, although I have not met a campground I haven't liked😜🤩🥳😂🥰🏕 to scout out the campground and find the perfect spot!!!! And keep a record!
Yeap...should have start that a while back.!
Hi John and little man... nice camp but not much shade. Glad you have a tree on your site. That helps. Such a cute pup 🐶 Thanks John. Enjoy watching you. Have fun.
That's why I picked that site...one lonely tree!!😫
thanks for your video! glad you & little man are safe! especially with the fires! i don't have air conditioning in my van so i would have to go to the cooler areas. glad i got to southern AZ & New Mexico before the fires and heat. i haven't been to Wyoming yet so i will keep an eye out for your next set of videos 👍 happy trails
Stay cool....ACa must in this State this time of year!!😳
Thank you Mr.John & Little Man. It's so good that you keep Little Man off the grass as the goat heads stick into his paws 🐾🐾& like you said you need small tweezers to pull the goat heads out of his paws. Mr.John you look good in that straw Cowboy Hat 🤠 & it keeps the hot sun off your face & helps to keep you cooler in the hot Sun.🌞 Keep safe & looking forward to your next Video !! 🤠🤗
Thank You.....!😁
Thanks for sharing this video, interesting video, thanks John.
👍
Looks like a real nice camping spot
👍
Nice campsite!👍👍👍
Beautiful.
👍
Thanx for sharing another video of your adventures! 😀 Man, can you believe gas ⛽ prices?!?! You be wise and be safe out there! I will continue to support your channel by watching your enjoyable vids! 😀
Thank You much....crazy times!😳
Little man is always such a curious fella
Yes He is......
Hi John and Little Man. Nice to see you both enjoying the good life. I have to agree with your picks of the best sites in the park. Just hard to believe how empty they all are. I can see what you said about the crowds coming in the Summer. Just stay safe and keep 'em coming.
Thanks!! Enjoy....
Reports are ; the usual Deep State Globalist Goons, are buying up, in so called 'Reservations', of over half camp sites EVERYWHERE, to lower effectiveness of the move out of Corporate owned and controlled 'Bricks and Sticks'.
Nice State Park.
I like that bench under a big tree overlooking the beach.
Yep....I like Tree's.....
Thanks for the information on the campgrounds. Be Safe.
Thank You!👍😀
That tree is great!
👍
Your site looked pretty good. Good to see you and Little Man. Be safe.😎
Thank You much!!😀
Thanks!!👍😀
Beautiful lake!
Yes....👍😀
Your videos are always interesting. Yes. Please keep an eye out for those fires and stay safe.
👍😀 Thanks!
Really nice review of the park. I like new cotton woods. The trees are nice. Good to have a lake.
👍
Thanks for sharing this video of this state park. It was very informative. Safe Travels to you and lil man. Sincerely, Shay's Ways
Thanks...Sharon.
Wow John, that lake looks like the Atlantic ocean. Nice campground. TFS
👍
You should definitely keep a journal of each campground. Noting your preferred sites. The Pro's and Con's of each campground. This was a good review of this campground. It is a great help to us. Thank you John.
Yep.....wish I would have started that back in Sept, 2021.
he started this as a travel diary, now, looks like him & Mr. Sniffy Sniffy gonna put out a Book!!
Have a few more to get to!!👍
John would little man tolerate booties? Had those goat heads puncture bicycle tires. Thanks for your hard work delivering us all these fun videos 👍Happy travels always.
No way he would freak out...100%!!!
Wow so many sites to sip coca cola and enjoy camp cooking😏
Yes.....!!😀
Love your videos, being close to route 66 you might venture to Sayre Oklahoma, they have camping at they're city park that's beautiful, lots of trees and lots to see. I don't know the price now. But it's well worth the visit. Right at the 15 mile marker that close to Texas border. Keep safe and just love little man. ❤️
Thank You.For now I'm headed North. Oka camping is very pricer!!😰
Next time video what the bath house looks like, if you can. I'm wondering what it looks like. Thumbs up!
Ok......
Great video
Thank You!😀
tk. what a beautiful views
Yep!👍😀
Good to see you're doing well John. Sounds like they need a better cleaning crew for that other bathroom. Overall looks like a nice campsite. Thanks for the tour, and keep little man out of those fields. Good luck, Mike
Thanks.....need a new bathroom.....
I love your reviews of the campgrounds. You should definitely keep notes because you might need them next year if you go back. As for the goatheads, how would Little Man do in some of those booties they have for dogs? If he could tolerate them (might take some work), then he could sniff to his heart's content. Looking forward to the next video!
He would freak out......Thanks!
Hi John and little man. Thanks for the tour. Looks like a nice spot. I keep track of all the parks I go to. I get a park map. Mark the spots with little notes. Who much longer do you plan on staying in New Mexico? Until next time, safe travels.
Hope to be in Wyoming first week of June!!
Very much look forward to your Videos! Pretty Lake, and large indeed for New Mexico.)(History states this Lake was made in 1963, with no Government Funding, and has an average depth of 88 feet.)(Ann from Albuquerque,New Mexico.)
👍
John, I really appreciated this look around the State Park campgrounds.
That C-10 looked like a primo site.
You can get doggie shoes for Little Man. They sell them at R.E.I., and you could probably order them on-line.
I’ve seen people use them for their dogs hiking over rocky ground. They help a lot.
Looking forward to the continued adventures of Scamp, John, and Little Man.
Go For It
Little Man would never go for them......
Good to see you get out and about!!! What did you think about the Marina area w/ boat ramp and MacFarland boat ramp and Logan Campground area? There is a nice restroom and shower at Logan Campgrounds but not many trees except at the Marina. Safe travels!!
It was all good!!
John, those sites look hot!!😱
Yes very hot without shade.....very...very hot!!😥
Hello John
Hey!!
Way Up North. I Bet Wyoming is some cool camping. Stay Safe John.
Working that way.....come on bring Your a** on up here!!😝
Little Man!!
😍
Those are called develop sites primitive sites have nothing but the ground on them and the one you're at that has hookups is called electric sights or partial hookups in some places full hookups usually have a sewer to them just to let you know and you have a great trip and you have fun with you and little man
😳
Of all the places I’ve seeing you camp, this was my least favorite, however, your spot is pretty sweet.
Good job on the video. 💝
Thanks....yep...HOT.!
I've been watching you for a little while now and I like your videos and little man. I really hope you create a log of all these locations and the features. It is very important to know as much as possible particularily from your point of view. I heard a little about the state pass but I would like to learn more as I want to visit those different camp areas. Knowing which one have hooks up and which are primitive; knowing which ones are frist come and first serve; which ones you have to make reservations. What website do you use to find this information? There is one place with all these big rocks. I'm sure it popular but I would like to check it out. I think that is a great idea you have to organize. People would pay money for that information; I know i would. I hope I get to say hi and thank you to you and little man!
I just find all my information by goggle and researching. I'm going to write all my needed imformation in the video description.
Nice vid but I really wanted to hear what they cost per night ??? In FLA good luck reserving a site. 30 a night.
Without the pass they are $14.00 a night. If You have the State pass it is $8.00 first three nights then $4.00 a night up to 14 days.
You shouldget a small kayak to take out…
Ole sniffie
👍
3:01 - I can usually get Spanish channels out there , John!
I only go for network TV.....on record!
👍👍👍
Be well traveler.
Thank You!👍
Man those goat heads are wicked. I used to use needle nose pliers to y them outta my shoes. Poor dogs- makes me wonder how on earth the horses kept from goin lame from steppin on one or more cause how would they get them out? 🙏🙏
Don't know....
Boondocking is now illegal anywhere in Portugal, camping is only allowed in designated campground’s. Metal detectors are also illegal here. None the less, this is a great place to retire. If I still lived in the states, I would be camping full time. To bad everyone isn’t as responsible as you and Little Man. Take care buddy.
Yeap.....thats a shame.!! 👍
Boondocking illegal in Portugal? That is down right in the catagory of inhumane criminal! (Tyrants will always prevail, if the people settle for this.)
I never get tired of seeing Ol' Sniffy. Hey John how much was your site to rent compared to Y-25?
Both were the same price...$14.00 without the pass...... $8.00 first three days then $4.00 up to 14 days with the State Park pass.
Too warm for tent camping now, i bet…
P.S. 'Zia' is pronounced "Zee Ah" (They are a Pueblo Indian Tribe/ Indian Reservation, a little bit NorthWest of Albuquerque,N.M. Their Indian Nation's Symbol is what is on the New Mexico State Flag.)
👍
Can you show us a closeup of a goathead? Thanks
Can't figure out how to uploaded a picture to comments!
@@myscamptraveltraileradvent1230 I got your reply in my e-mail and I can't figure out how to reply to it on the e-mail! I'm 67 years old and can't always figure out how to do all this stuff. How about on your next video you just put a few of those goatheads in your hand or on a piece of white paper and do a close up of them. I'm just curious if your goatheads are the same as what we have here. Thanks Roger
Goggle....goatheads a picture will come up.
Maybe if you ask the Park People, maybe they would let you trans to that site you liked?...
👍
what parts of Wyoming are you planning to visit? I live in Sw Wyoming, my brother lives in Pinedale. If you are stopping in our area could share what is available in our ares.
Ok....Thanks really haven't planned it all out yet.

On the annual camp pass? Per vehicle? If you are towing a camper is that considered 1 vehicle??
Yep....good deal. One car and trailer = 1
What is a goathead? A snake?
It's like a spur....in the weeds.
Ute lake is the best by far, camping and boating at its best for NM. Lake full of walleyes, and bass.if you say anything bad about Ute lake please stay away thanks Jim pearson, Logan nm
👍
ITS BEEN 3 DAYS WHEN IS THE NEXT VIDEO?
I'm now where I have no service at all......have to drive to town to get anything at all!!😫
Being a dog owner also, i will almost never stay ANYWHERE with all the goat heads present your talking about....just not worth the hassle or the worries ...For us its a deal breaker....
I hear You......goat heads are all over New Mexico. They are safe ways of dealing with them.
@@myscamptraveltraileradvent1230 Your probably an old pro at dealing with it but its been my experience if they are present , sooner or later, they become a problem of some sort....
Most of the time He stays on the pad or in my lap.!! He has had a few but easy to move. He walks Super soft......He careful.!!
Any rattlesnakes?😬
Haven't seen any yet...keep my eyes and ears open!!!
Is it 100 percent reservation only
Yes
what are goat-heads>? sir
Google....goadhead a picture will come up.
what is a goat head?
You will have to goggle a picture....
They are a type of Plant Seed, but can be painful to mammals ; as they are an approximately 2 Cm. round, green beige ball, covered with sharp spurs!
Do you watch rustys channel
😁.....no reply.....
What is Rusty's Channel?
The biggest lake you have seen in NM? NOPE, ELEPHANT BUTTE is the largest in NM. Have fun
Ok......but it's pretty low. That's my No: 1 Park in New Mexico!!
Dogs smell things we can't, they know more about that land your treading on, that's why there sniffing, food for thought?....
Yeap....Thanks!
Those are some not sites
What is a not site?
Those some nice site… dang phone changed my message

@@doingitwithnothing yep the so called AI on our phone typing really can whack our original intended written message! It like our Votes with Electronic counted Voting system! (Take a look at documentary '2000 Mules' (&) what ' Judicial Watch' is doing.
