Th hidden gems of New Zealand's north island were so well done. New Zealand has been on my bucket list for a long time. Next year is the year for my wife and I to explore. You have sold me on those hidden gems. Matt you are amazing with the vlog. Phoebe you bring it all to light. Ironically, the foods you like soups etc. I like.

That spot where Matt sits on the rocks at 6:31 looks gorgeous! The Grand Mecure looks great too 👌The guy in the sea is a true New Zealander, they don't care about the weather 🤷♂️. Cathedral Cove looks amazing, sea, rocks and green scenery is the perfect combo 😍! I totally need something like The Lost Spring right now 🤩. Thanks for sharing and hopefully NZ will open up soon, 2 more weeks to go for my second Pfizer jab. Have a great week 🤙

The first time we been to hot water beach was raining too but it did stopped for us to enjoy the hot water. We were there in May and there's a cafe there, I love their Canadian pancakes 😋
hahaha well that makes me feel better :) I think we would've had a better shot at still finding the hot water spot had the intense wind not pushed the tide up so quickly. Still, we had a lot of fun running around in the rain. OMG! I loooove pancakes!! Thanks for watching - Phoebe x

Ohhh I have to go visit Coromandel now. I am slowly planning my trip. Just got my ticket to Auckland and hotel for three days. Now I need to book that retreat place!!

@@travelforphoebe I am going to NZ for three months to explore the whole country and absorb the vibe. So no plan yet. Just starting from Auckland and see how it goes! I have an online business, so I just pick up and go anywhere I want. Lol
That’s a dream of a trip! What a great way to do it with the nice, slow three month timeframe. I would love to spend a year in NZ so I could experience the different seasons.

The water in nz is softer Australian water is hard on the skin even the grass is softer in nz grass in Australia is hard but I think the soil in nz what makes every thing good for everyone

I really enjoyed watching the Auckland video as we visited in 2017 and realize that we missed several good things to see. We actually felt it to be rather boring and nothing too exciting to see.or do Guess should have done better research. Maybe another time, who knows what the future holds!!!
Hey Lise!! I'm so happy the Auckland video showed you a different side to the city. I had a similar experience - my first visit I didn't really enjoy my time. I didn't really connect with the city, find great food or see the best spots.
