omg the proximity of these guys drifting in tandem is insane! omg i thought they would bump and spin out but everything's perfect down to the inches!!! wow
I'm really impressed by the tandem chase position drivers. Their ability to drop in and out of the pocket and avoid the lead car tail swing is a thing of beauty. Especially number 66, what a pro.
@GtaSaDrifter38 cheers mate, as most of my subscribers know, i like to keep most of my footage unedited and raw, i agree it's the best form to watch good drifting.
that guy can steer, amazing run throughout the video, really pushes the limits and can hold the chase position well then a pass like that is just as u say flawless :D
@bnz500 some people prefer the polished product, i enjoy the production aspect as well myself as i come from a designer/production background, but this footage was too good to keep from being seen in it's rawness.
@secretRBRman yeah why shouldnt it be if the soarer follows the hachi it just needs to watch that it isnt going to fast and that is isnt getting more angle then the hachi
@theoriginalstig7 just because you drift on the street doesn't make you DK. even though he is Japanese, his technique is still very formula drift. i personally wouldn't consider dai's skill level anywhere near on par with the likes of nakamura.
@TRIRDS i'm an enthusiast first, photographer 2nd, if you're keen to travel to Japan, to these events, and think you can do a better job of filming cars moving at 100k's an hour without looking through the camera then be my guest!
yea i agree formula D seem to focus more on how good thier car looks unlike nakamura nd the other drivers that just throw thier cars into the corners with full confidience that they will nail the drift every time
omg the proximity of these guys drifting in tandem is insane! omg i thought they would bump and spin out but everything's perfect down to the inches!!! wow
This is the best Drift video I have seen so far. And it's with the best music you can get: The sound of the freaking cars! :)
That is 4 minutes that I will never get back... And I'm very happy about it because this video is awesome
0 unlike... see what it means? Drifting is awesome. Raw sound is awesome. That channel is awesome.

MAD skill!!! I wish I could live in Japan for a few years to learn and practice.
OMFG @3:50 what a fucken take over that's AMAZİNG!!!
Correct me if I'm wrong but American drifting seems to be a lot more sloppy compared to this...
Well thats bcuz they fine tune their craft not just put a v8 in ...
It Just depends on the driver

@1:30 That's certainly one way to open your boot.

@theoriginalstig7
just because you drift on the street doesn't make you DK. even though he is Japanese, his technique is still very formula drift. i personally wouldn't consider dai's skill level anywhere near on par with the likes of nakamura.

The orange s13 at about one 1:00 is trying to get rid of nakamura, eventually he does 1:29 haha. MATCH MY ANGLE NOW
yea i agree formula D seem to focus more on how good thier car looks unlike nakamura nd the other drivers that just throw thier cars into the corners with full confidience that they will nail the drift every time
