@@bones6978 Camber will kill tires if its excessive, it'll reduce the grip and make the inside take the brunt of the wear even through corners which is not what you want.
Chad W it's universally known that an N/A motor has access to it's rpm all the time, while turbos have to spool up to a certain rpm and boost sweet spot. On top of that,N/A motors are less likely to fail than a turbocharged motor, you can run all motor cars all day without a problem. Sure the turbo gets more power, but in the long run N/A is the more efficient and reliable circuit racing choice.
How are they more efficient? They usually lave a lower compression ratio, added weight, long intake piping if they use an inter-cooler and a big exhaust restriction. The only way cars can become more efficient with a turbo is by downsizing the engine or it's diesel.
its looks like the top fuel civic had a massive amount of negative camber in the front, i wonder if that was contributing to the tire wear , or even if that was causing the car to lose grip instead of the tires wearing out.. it looked like the espirit civic also had a high amount of negative camber but not as much as the top fuel. the n/a cars didnt have near as much camber up front. btw thankyou very much for all these videos miroshi!!! very glad i found your channel!
Yes you can, he just did. Hell, a select few number of people have even managed to drift FWD cars. By no means are they good for, or designed for either of those two things, but if you have enough forward movement and drive and manage to throw the weight transfer and inertia, it's inevitable that the car will go sideways.
Why are people so fed up with the specifics, powerslide or not who cares, he tapped the brake to move weight forward, the rear went off and the car went into oversteer. Everything else is useless chat.

For a Honda made products nothing is shittty on there n1 parts. What n1 pump are you reffering to I didnt think Honda made a n1 pump for the b-series. The n1 crank pulley is lighter helping the crank spin freely while still providing dampening.

+Gabriel Lopez N/A stands for naturally aspirated, which means the car isnt booted by a turbo, turbos generate more tire wear, more potential failures and with that a huge loss of power, this means N/A engines are mostly more reliable and economic/cheaper aswell. If you put in a turbo you need to adjust many things or the turbo is worthless under the hood, its more pricier aswell. The Power a N/A Engine creates is constantly and more balanced at lower, mid and High rpms, the turbo gives the most Power in the higher segment of rpms and is lass balanced, hope that helped.
to all the amaricans out there who say "fwd dont need rear wing" look at the crx, the only car with a wing also the only car that doesn't swing its ass like a happy dog.
i'm guessing you never tried lol. i've done it yes, it will correct you but being that far sideways and full throttle it will fling you so hard idk if human hands/arms are even fast enough to straighten the wheel back. When I tried, I was like a loose skateboard going crazy down hill.
Why did they put a thick cylinder plate between the headgasket? This is oldschool and 90' ...today stock b16 and b18 with stock headgasket + can handle over 400whp. Are they not up to date in japan?
"Tire wear is severe." Maybe if more than 1/8 of it was in contact with the road, you'd get more than two miles out of them. _THAT_ much camber is _NOT_ beneficial in any way. No car with a half decent suspension is going to transfer that much weight to the point that the contact patch is level. Under no circumstances does even a track prepped road car need to run more than 2.5-to-3° of negative camber. _ESPECIALLY_ up front in a FRONT WHEEL DRIVE car!

Na is more reliable at times cause they produce less power. And a turbo engine when tuned the same is more efficient

yes, the motor makes the car go straight back
yeah if you have a 140 HP car, if you floor it while losing control when you have a turbo you'll lose traction

Someone know why the new type of Honda " 2017 " are made with Turbo and not with Turbo + vtec ? An Ingenior problem ?
Mithra Charon only the new type r is a good Honda the 1.5T is rubbish
It's only vtec in the exhaust side anyway. Might as well have a D16 :p
They are made with VTEC but they use reverse VTEC to help the turbo with spooling up
But really it's just for cost reasons. If you can get the required emissions and performance without vtec there's no point having it.
