I love how drivers back in the day weren't so polite and just cuss whenever they want. The younger ones are so well mannered it's no fun watching them 😂 And these older ones were definitely more badass! 😎😎😎

I had a Sunny (Pulsar) Gti: really great in the snow! Between the LSD and a very elastic engine (could be smooth at very low rpm or raging at 7000...).
It's the earlier revision version car which was is harder to catch the slide once it starts. These guys are pros so they have no issue but still you'll never be fast. The later revision cars were a bit more friendly in that respect but they could still bite you, but it's a bit easier to catch the slide due to suspension arm changes in the rear, better caster adjustability in the front and wider track in general. They are never gonna be great racing in the snow but if you understand weight transfer and are sensible they actually work pretty well driving normally in the snow. Having the weight over the rear wheels works great for traction, however if you transfer too much weight from the front to the back you can very easily lose front grip. If you brake which will transfer the weight back to the front but if you panic you may end up losing grip on the rears. So it would be better to gently brake or just lift off the throttle and let the weight settle slowly.

普段のバトルだと水が合わないのか目立ちませんが、ラリーストだから路面悪いと光ってきますね。キャラクターも好きです。
あとラリースト視点でクルマ見れる人なのもいい。サーキットだけがスポーツじゃない。

この当時のスターレットは1トン切っていたので軽くて加速が良かったですね。昔EP82持っていたので、楽しかったです。今の車はエンジンパワーばかりで、重い車が多いし、電子制御に頼り過ぎの車が多いですね。また軽くて楽しい車出て欲しいです。マニュアルので。

スターレットは車高が高いのも勝因やろね
というかスノーレースでは車高上げるのが一般です。WRCでも上げるし(笑)何せワダチが出来るから車高高くしてハマりを防ぐ意味とロール増やしてグリップ向上などの効果を得るためです。WRCは基本サーキット走行より凄い柔らかいサスペンションだから（バネでも4キロ～6キロ使用する）ストロークなども比ではありません。
海外ラリー車の乗り心地は、とっても良いです。
過去、沢山の海外ラリー参戦車に同乗しましたが、一番乗り心地が良かったのは、モンスタースポーツが製作したスズキSX4WRC。
外から見ると、めちゃくちゃ揺れているのに、同乗すると全く揺れなかったんです。
不覚にも酔っ払ったのは、モンスター田嶋さんのドラテク。
ずっと同乗していたかったです。
