Anjun Bandara I think you should stop focusing on it. The more you think about stopping it or what day you are on, you are actually thinking about porn and that's not a going to help you. Try to forget about it by being involved in other things like sports or family at the time you usually tend to watch porn. Hope that's helpful. Good luck😉

great video! I agree with everything you had said. porn had a negative effect on me when I was in my early teens. I would watch porn and think to myself "so this is what guys like" porn turned my veiw on relationships and my interactions with men. how you have to be sexier, scream louder, go deeper. but in reality I was abusing myself and my body. years go by I grew older and started to understand who I was and who I wanted to be. so porn has a negative effect on young minds because they don't know better.

Hey there Stefan! You mentioned motivation and I believe this is key on the subject. One just can't compare the instantly payback of an ejaculation with the medium and long term payback of things that matter. It's similar to alcohol and drugs. It is hard to compete with such level of primitive pleasure. This way, using any of them might push you away from your goals.

It is sad that many consider it normal for people, yet look what it has done to me, it lead to toxic relationships out of fantasy. Im thankful I choose to follow God and actually tried to quit porn, I found myself being more productive and having more time for myself. Its really hard to this day but I know that like many of us, we will go through it and come out stronger than ever before.

try it for a few days at a time. I tried 3 day challenges back to back. before long it was 45 days of no fap. I stayed busy, was aware of the triggers and tried to avoid them like a plague. Now its almost effortless to avoid fapping. there will be some withdrawal symptoms when you stop fapping but it's temporary. Good luck.

Any man who watches it should be warned of what will happen. It's their own decision. But it's also their partner's decision to leave because they want porn more than love. I will give this a try starting today, no porn. I'd hate to build a serious addiction and then when she's finally attracted to me again, I can't get turned on by her. Worse case scenario that I want to avoid.

i have these problem with porn for years I want to stop but those pictures brings me down relapse after relapse after another relapse I'm tire of this.
Tip: Study porn-videos more closely - perhaps when you're not aroused. Then it's easy to see that 99% of porn actress are not at all aroused themselves, it's that obvious! And you can also see that many of the guys are just barely aroused, in a situation which in real life would be very sexy. The problem for the guys is of course that they detect the lack of arousal in the female partner. When you realize this I think it will be easier to see "through" the porn illusion: They're not actually having sex at all! The guy is doing advanced masturbating and the woman is going through the motions quite literally. There is no "twosomeness" in porn, just two (or more) people using each other for their own needs. Which, incidentally is the same as in a one-night-stand. So, contemplating these obvious facts will in my experience lead to less arousal when watching porn, since you so easily see the falsity of the "sex". In fact, it becomes more depressing to watch it - seeing two people not really enjoying each other or even being aroused (but pretending (badly) to be of course). At this point, it becomes clear that the your own sexual arousal is something your own brain orchestrates, but only as long as you buy into the illusion. In fact, you can thank your own brain for being able to overlook the obvious signs that were there all along - you want to fool yourself! In the end - the whole porn thing is just that: you fooling yourself. I have occasional relapse, but I never enjoy porn anymore - it turns me off before it turns me on. Therefore I think this tip can actually help. Best of luck.
