    An other top quality video, Martin. I especially like the fact that you always manage to include some of the quality time spent at the lodges, around the fire pits and the interactions between the clients and their P.H.'s, guides and trackers. Very few other channels manage to capture the "humanity" of what goes on the way you seem to be able to do and do so well..
    As always, congratulations for another superior production. I can't wait for the next one. Also, thanks for the playlist you sent me!

      I'm very happy you enjoy my work. It's definitely a team effort and without the guides and outfitter and everyone else working together, I can't do my job well.
      I like to show the experience, not only the hunt itself. Memories aren't pulling the trigger, it is time spent with good people.

      @ 1:26:43 just after he’s directed to shoot the lead Buffalo and does, an absolute smasher with exceptional boss & width comes into frame just behind the one he shot. I’m convinced these PH’s will tell a client that a bull is “soft” just to save that bull for another client paying more money. That second bull was definitely hard 100% & an exceptional trophy, a once in a lifetime bull. Idk why the PH wouldn’t tell him to shoot it except to save it for a higher paying client.

    • @AfricanSunProductions
      @AfricanSunProductions  Год назад +1

      This buffalo might not be the biggest but he's well earned and to John this is a bull of a lifetime.
      I remember that bull, yes he was bigger, better shape, definitely not older . He was a shooter for sure, BUT the hunter's exact word that morning was: "The first old bull that gives a broadside". Last morning after trying for many days.
      With this outfit the price is the same for any bull, the same for every hunting day. Opportunities and expectations are different though.

      Todas as caçadas que filmo fazem parte de programas de utilização sustentável projetados para aumentar o número de animais selvagens. Caçar alguns traz dinheiro suficiente para proteger a terra e o habitat onde vivem milhares de animais

      #1: there is no lion hunting in this video
      #2: why would lion hunting make the hunter a pest?

      @@markmcdowell6878 I understand your concern, and I won't try to convince you of anything. We were instructed to look after the earth's animals and this is exactly what sustainable utilization does. Millions of acres of habitat is protected by hunting a very small percentage of animals on that land. Without that small percentage we will lose 100% of wildlife in those areas.
      Anyways, best is if we all do our best to protect wildlife in our own ways and hopefully they will survive a few more generations.
      Keep fighting the good fight, have a great week.

      @@markmcdowell6878 God required 189 animals be sacrificed at the Feast of the Tabernacles alone. I would rather be shot than die in the multitude of slow deaths that humans endure. On top of that animals don't get pain medicine. This is the quickest, most painless death, they could ever hope for!

      @@waynemensen4252 My Bible says God gave us animals for meat. In Genesis, God slew animals to clothe Adam and Eve after they fell from grace. In the New Testament, Peter saw a vision of a sheet coming down, full of animals. The voice of God said, “Rise, kill and eat.”
