Good day Don, thanks for watching. Yes, they are both very interesting guys to work with, always full of laughs and just enjoying life. We need more like them!
Thank you for watching, I'm very happy you enjoyed the movie. Unfortunately I couldn't film the last few days of the hunt. For the first time in 20 years I missed a hunting day. I injured my back and had to fly to hospital. There is another Greg Morris hunt coming up in a few weeks. He hunted leopard in Zimbabwe. Will be a good one!
Great video, Martin. It's good to see Greg back again, he's sure one of a kind. He looks like he's lost about 25lbs. I'm hoping we can expect the rest of the hunt soon! I missed not seeing your awesome night sky shots. Cheers, Rich
Thanks Rich. Yes, Greg is a laugh for sure, great guy and Craig is great also, just quieter on video. Unfortunately I couldn't film the last few days, I injured my back on the hunt and missed the last few days. The first time in 20 years I couldn't complete a hunt. Luckily there is a Zimbabwe hunt with Greg coming soon. Watch this space!
Lekker week daar!
I actually hunt to and I’m still a kid only 10 and started hunting at 5 I killed impalas and Guinee fowls. By the way the video was great and also nice shots.
Thanks Roan, I appreciate your support!
Here's a question for the group...knowledgeable answers only please, no guessing. Thank you. Question: As Uganda is on the equator and has two rainy seasons a year with high humidity at times, would a wood stocked rifle be susceptible to warping? Would an all-weather / composite stock rifle be a more sensible choice for a Ugandan plains game hunt? Thank you.
Good day Marc. Although it's definitely humid in some areas, you'll be just fine with a wooden stock. Take care of the barrel and enjoy the hunt. Do you have a Ugandan hunt planned?
Some hunters will have the taxidermy done in Africa and ship it over in a container, others will have the skins tanned and dipped, then shipped over to have the mounts done in the US. And yes, it's pricey!
If I remember correctly it's a Win Mag. I'll have to watch the video again to see if he mention it somewhere. It worked well though! Thanks for watching and for your comment.
Is it still called hunting when someone finds and points it out for you to shoot ? And Well done on the shot placements guys, must have missed the hole shoot anywhere but the lungs or head 😂
A question has anyone come to criticize the work for not knowing how to differentiate sport hunting from predatory? because the predatory you hunt for profit already sport you pay to hunt and it's fairer for having rules to be followed strictly
I agree that rules are to be followed, that is how these sustainable utilization programs work and why they are so successful. Thank you for watching and for your support.
Uganda was great. Language, I guess you are right, but it's not too bad either. At least it comes with laughter and jokes, not like some that force cursing into every single sentence for no reason. Thanks for watching and for your comment.
All the meat is processed, some used in camp and some donated to local villages, old age homes, schools etc. Everything is used. Thank you for watching and for the question.
I agree, parts of the towns are disgusting. Luckily you can fast forward those parts and get to the hunting, the part which funds conservation here in Africa. Thank you for watching and for your support.
A 2 hour african sun video? Awesome! Get the popcorn 👊
Enjoy! Let me know afterwards of you enjoyed it 👍🏻
@@AfricanSunProductions just finished it with my daughter. Makes me want to jump on a plane to Uganda! Excellent work on the video as always

Absolutely awesome footage as usual!!!
Glad you enjoyed it! It was a very cool hunt.
The peal of Africa! You don’t see many videos of Ugandan hunting on RUclips
Very true Conner, not many cameramen go to Uganda. It's an awesome country to hunt in.
Great video ! 🔥🐾
Thanks 🔥 I appreciate yout support Carlo.
Very cool video. Well done all.
Thank you very much!
I actually hunt to and I’m still a kid only 10 and started hunting at 5 I killed impalas and Guinee fowls. By the way the video was great and also nice shots.
Thanks for watching Jovan! Congratulations on the Impalas, did you make biltong from it?
Great video
Much appreciated!
Great video. Like Greg se videos!Waar die Buffels gedeelte van video?

Decent music
I'm glad you like it! Music is hard to find, licensing is a tough one. We only use legal music and pay for the rights.
At last Greg’s video
And there is more to come! His Zimbabwe hunt will be ready in a month or two. Thanks for watching!
How do they get these home? Do they taxidermize in Africa then ship? It has to be pricey
Some hunters will have the taxidermy done in Africa and ship it over in a container, others will have the skins tanned and dipped, then shipped over to have the mounts done in the US.
And yes, it's pricey!
The PH'S rifle has a short barrel. Easier to get into action in heavy bush.
Indeed! Short = Aggile. At the distance the PH normally shoots, you don't need the accuracy of a long barrel.
Who was the outfitter on this Safari.... name please?
Hi Jamie. This was with Uganda Wildlife Safaris. They did an excellent job! Do you want to go on a hunt?
@@AfricanSunProductions I'm been to Africa 3 times. I've been thinking about going back to Zimbabwe for a leopard 🐆....
@@jamiebaker1035 I love Zim, I'm sure you will also. Have you decided on an outfitter yet? They have so many good options.
Now I thought I had a big head. But that dude at 10 minutes has a hat that's hanging on for dear life and is still too small lol.
Haha, yes that hat had a tough time, but just like life you have to hang in there!
gregs's rifle is a 338 what? win mag, federal?? what?
If I remember correctly it's a Win Mag. I'll have to watch the video again to see if he mention it somewhere. It worked well though!
Thanks for watching and for your comment.
Is it still called hunting when someone finds and points it out for you to shoot ? And Well done on the shot placements guys, must have missed the hole shoot anywhere but the lungs or head 😂
Yes, it's a team effort👌 . I'm not sure what you are talking about with shot placement, it was a very successful hunt. Maybe you are a bit jealous?
I wish Ugandan knuckles would see this
Haha, that would be very funny indeed!
texas heart shot ay 24 min...lol rt. up the ol cornhole..lol
Haha, true. Sometimes that's what is needed! Thanks for watching 👍🏻

I agree that rules are to be followed, that is how these sustainable utilization programs work and why they are so successful. Thank you for watching and for your support.
It was great to see some of Uganda. We are all allowed a slop of the tongue from time to time with fowl language, but Greg abuses the privilege.
Uganda was great. Language, I guess you are right, but it's not too bad either. At least it comes with laughter and jokes, not like some that force cursing into every single sentence for no reason.
Thanks for watching and for your comment.
What they do with dead animals then
All the meat is processed, some used in camp and some donated to local villages, old age homes, schools etc. Everything is used.
Thank you for watching and for the question.
Greg’s been having a little bit too many nose beers that’s how he dropped all that weight
If only! Cancer isn't your friend.
I think he shot 3cobb lol
Maybe! Haha. Thanks for watching, much appreciated.
Disgusting 😢
I agree, parts of the towns are disgusting. Luckily you can fast forward those parts and get to the hunting, the part which funds conservation here in Africa.

Welcome, glad you enjoyed the movie.
